Padrino's Bistro

Server was wonderful. Food was not as normal up to par. Presentation needed to be better and calamari was not good as it normally is. The people next to us were rude, loud and obnoxious. The waitress asked if we wanted to move but it would have not made a difference as this party thought they were the only patrons in the place.

Our appetizer and both our entrees were very good. Big portions, everything fresh and tasty

We were greeted and seated within moments of stepping in the door. Our wait staff were all fantastic. Our meals were quite delicious as well. Our only constructive criticism would be is that our steak dinners were drowned in sauce. We were unable to get a good visual of the food we were eating. Our steaks were not cooked to the desired temps we requested. But overall great staff and great ambiance.

Friendly staff, excellent food. Great Neighborhood restaurant. Nice for celebrating occasions.

We had our parents 67th Anniversary there. Wonderful service, clean and nice atmosphere. Food was delicious.

Very nice dinner, as always! Eggplant rollatini over angel hair pasta was very tasty. Shrimp France diavlo also very good. Rice balls are not listed on the menu, but ask if they can make them. They are delicious!

Had a 6:30 reservation for mother's day. They took a party that was reserved for 7:00 before us. Then had an exclusive menu without telling you. Never got seated. Left before we could be. 2 years in a row we've gone for mother's day and both times have been bad experiences. Have been for other occasions and really enjoyed it. They just need to get their bigger events and holidays more organized.

Excellent as always. Very few restaurants prepare risotto as well as Pedrino’s.

We have been going to Padrino's for years...way before ownership changed. We continued going there and were always pleased. However, our last visit this past Saturday was bad from the time we arrived. We had a 6:30 reservation, which we booked through Open Table, for four people. The entry way was very crowded with no one at the front desk. Empty tables were visible. It appeared that the hostess was helping to set them up. When she finally came to the front desk she started seating people, us inclued. They appeared to be short-staffed. When help finally came we placed our order. Asking for and getting bread and lemons was a problem. Three orders came out together and the fourth (mine) we had to wait for. When all the food finally came, it lacked something in taste. Both my soup and eggplant entree were bland. Our friends felt the same about what they ordered. Portions served were also smaller. What a disappointing change. We do not plan to return.

We've been here many times and the food and service are always outstanding!

I have already recommended Padrino's, and I will return soon. It is a local gem.

A nice restaurant with food that is good, but not great. Having said that certain things stand out:
The Calamari Piccante appetizer was outstanding! Very tender calamari in a spicy, delicious sauce.
Complimentary bread. although just white bread, had a olive oil/garlic drizzle on it to add some nice taste. Service was excellent.

We do think it's an OK restaurant, but in the same general vicinity are a couple of better choices.

Great service and very good food. Lovely restaurant with nice ambience. We will be back.

Very good food, great service. Nice local find. Visited for Easter Brunch with family, and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Great value, ample parking.

This is our 2nd time we have been here. Such a great find! The food was great and our waiter, Ernesto, is the best. We had him both times we came. He is very polite and friendly and made our dining experience a great one. We will definitely be back and definitely request Ernesto!!!

We use Padrino’s as a halfway point between family 2-3 x year. Always a good time with Padrino’s help. Quality, service, and environment are top notch!!!!

The management needs a lesson on customer appreciation, they were only concerned with turning the tables over as fast as possible. The waitress constantly rushed us to the next course and brought the bill before we were finished eating.The people next to us were asked to leave or vacate to another table so they could put 3 tables together for a larger party, obviously they said they would never come back. One person in our party had cold food, another was only warm.
Just like the people next to us we will never return.

Padrino's is our favorite Italian restaurant. The food is always excellent. There isn't one thing on the menu that isn't worth trying. The service staff is friendly, courteous and attentive. I highly recommend Padrino's to anyone who wants to enjoy an amazing Italian meal.

The food was delicious! Very fun for Valentine’s Day the special menu was great. Only reason I put a 3 star for service is because it was slow but it’s not their fault it was packed.

I had a really great, memorable time at Padrinos for my 60th birthday. Just a little loud. But food was good as usual. Serving of cake was perfect. Thank you.

I used to love Padrino’s. We haven’t been in awhile and may not be returning. We invited friends to join us and we were forgotten amongst the bigger parties. We didn’t get our salads, our meal took over an hour to get to us. The food was delicious but the portions were smaller. The waiter never apologized for our salads and for food for taking so long. He did comp dessert but an acknowledgement would have carried more weight. Disappointed.

It was really busy that night and our server seemed to forget about our table. Food is excellent

As a vegetarian who loves Eggplant Parmigiana, and only eats whole wheat pasta, Padrino's meets my needs perfectly. While they don't have a large vegetarian menu (aside from various pasta and pizza variations), the two entrees I tried were very good. Padrino's is actually a 30-40 minute drive for me, so it works as a nice midway restaurant to meet friends who live south of Hamilton.

Their complementary bread appetizer was a huge hit with everyone at the table. It is also a plus that they are a BYOB.
