Food was lackluster and overall overpriced. I would not go again.

It was good but not great. My husband was disappointed about the amount of fat on the meat. The overall experience of cooking your own food was a fun novelty. The tongs were stiff and awkward to use though and the scissors barely cut through the meat. Note: there is a $5 fee if you purchase the $35 all you can eat option and are unable to finish the food.

They changed their prices for the better! Was very excited for all the new items like vow tongue and squid and more spicy marinated items. It was grou. Went in a group of 4.

Been to so many Korean bbq joints and this place is overpriced.. limited meat selection, condiments and side dishes.. only 16 items on their menu all together

Meat quality is so bad!!! We all got sick after eating the food.

Made reservations and tried to call but no one answered. Still went anyway and it was closed. Reservation was misleading!

You cannot go wrong with Korean BBQ, food is great, service is great and the environment is great.

I went with my girl for a date on a Saturday night. The service were outstanding, we were sat on our table immediately after we walked into the door. The server was very polite, making sure there was always meat on the table. The price was a bit expensive, but it was made up by delicious all you can eat meat and Korean side dishes. Highly recommend this place for meat lovers.

Great place for Korean BBQ. My only gripe would be that they don’t honor reservations - even if you get a confirmation from Open Table.

Celebrated my husbands birthday and he loved it!! The service was great, our waitress was so funny and very helpful! Great place will definitely come back whenever hubby wants Korean bbq

Haven't been there for lunch, or during Covid. I think I enjoy the dinner buffet more. They don't have the brown rice anymore. Not sure if for the day or in general b/c of Covid. Lunch has a limited buffet menu compared to Dinner. But the portions came out not to scale, so we were only able to do 3 types of meet or so since it was a lot of food that we didn't want to pay extra for if we do not finish it.

The service improved tremendously and they are very attentive now. Also they practice covid safe procedures. We had to wait about 10 min, even with a reservation though

We have gone to the other palace in Federal Way and this one totally beats the one in Federal Way! The waiters and waitresses were super attentive and super nice! They were on it and the food was good!! Check this place out! We will be going again!

Great food and value! Hite beer and Black Russian drinks were very tasty as well as the marinated beef. Service was great, switching out cook tops and plates of food like clockwork. Hands down the best Korean BBQ enjoy.

Being we went when covid just started opening. The place was empty for lunch but the service was impeccable and the food was excellent. We ordered the all you can eat and cooked family style. They give generous amounts of side dishes and the short rib meat were soft and tasty. Chicken, pork, shrimp. You can’t go wrong.

We got a table at the corner and it was super cold. Even we ate BBQ with the fire on, still feel like freezing.

Great experience and service was outstanding. We had a very nice waitress who I would recommend and hoping we get her again when we come back next time.

Made a reservation for 9:15pm and drove all the way from West Seattle. About 3 minutes before our reservation, when we were a block away, they called to tell us they were closing their kitchen at 9:30 and wouldn't honor the reservation. I normally love this place, but this was terrible customer service. Surely you can set a cut-off time on OpenTable for reservations. So I will say that I still recommend this place, but be forewarned that they may just cancel your reservation with little notice if they think it's too late. Very disappointed.

Meh. It’s was ok. Food was decent. Ambiance was not. It was extremely cold in there. They also were a bit pushy to shut off the grill and to bring the check. We were moving slowly but they were doing everything they could to flip the table. We probably won’t be back.

Always a great place for groups. They have a little bit of everything for everyone. Even as busy as it was, they kept stopping by to make sure that we have what we needed. We had a large group of 6 that included 2 small kids.

This was our first time here. Three of us. We found the environment very pleasant and liked the spaciousness of our table. Our waiter was very nice and provided just the right amount of service. We did not experience impatience like other reviewers mentioned. Everyone was very pleasant.

We ordered the AYCE but did not need to request seconds of anything. The initial portions were substantial. The meat, seafood and poultry selections were ample. We ordered five of them along with the soup and rice and left very satisfied.

We all liked everything, but each had a favorite so that goes to show that everything was tasty! We hope to go back soon!

Service was excellent. Had one seafood & one vegetarian Bibimbop. Seafood was full of very tiny mussels. They did not smell good or taste good. Had to pick out 30 or so tiny ones out from the bowl. The rest was tasty. The veggie one barely had any veggies. The kimchi soup was $11 for a handful of kimchi heated with tofu. Not tasty & not worth it
