Palm Court Grill offers a casual dining atmosphere in the stunning art deco Palm Court. The Grill features a daily breakfast menu Monday-Sunday. We also offer a delicious breakfast buffet on Saturdays and Sundays which includes a variety of beautiful choices to have hot and cold items like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, Chef's choice of pancakes, french toast, or waffles. Buffet selection was outstanding. However, a few items were disappointing. Chicken Marsala was dry. Lobster mac and cheese contained little lobster. Raw bar oysters lacked juices. Still, the overall experience was an excellent Mothers' Day event.

Staff was friendly and attentive. The variety of the food at the buffet was great and the chef was very accommodating and mind to one person in our party with a food allergy. Everyone enjoyed the live music and ambiance. I had read reviews of how it had slipped and gone downhill since covid but didn’t find that to be true.

For the price, $119/pp, I expected so much more. The food was cold, not very good and limited selection. Everything was picked over and many things gone by our reservation time. Plates just gathered on our table, drinks weren’t refilled, & never offered coffee. Beautiful location and for the price it should have been so much better. Won’t be returning.

Great time at the Mother's Day Brunch. There was an abundance of food and dessert. Lots of families and people but the staff did a great job managing the flow of people and the food was well stocked and rotated as needed. Great carving station and plenty of chafing dishes with all types of food. Kudos to the kitchen crew for presentation and putting out a lot of good tasting food. This is how I remember their special occasion brunches - good food, great service and an overall good time! The staff was polite and attentive, felt like the good ole days of the restaurant world, pre-pandemic. I'd go back for the Mother's Day brunch again.

Food was good - Hostess was rude - we had reservatiions and she said we did not. Waitress was on top of it, friendly and pleasant. She saved the day.

What ever happened to the classic Sunday brunch? To be fair, the weekend breakfast is not billed as a Sunday brunch. I remember the last time we came to the Palm Court for brunch…it was quite a spread of expertly crafted and artistically presented food. And it came with a hefty price tag, although well worth it. This breakfast buffet wasn’t even a step up from the brand’s reliable, if not fancy Hampton Inns. I didn’t even see a pastry. Given this, we decided to order off the menu…that is if anyone ever came by to take it. They didn’t. We left and had a great breakfast nearby at another restaurant that didn’t seem to have a staffing issue. In all, a huge disappointment. The only bright spot was the hostess who in spite of it all was friendly and managed to get us coffee and tea, had we just stayed to enjoy it.

What in the world?!? First, please update your listing, this is no longer a brunch. Just a standard Hilton breakfast buffet. Second, Palm Court bring back your bloody mary, We had expensive glasses of tomato juice and watery ice with a splash of vodka, and lastly consider reminding wait staff that coffee, drinks, even water come at the beginning of the meal not half way towards the end.

Repeat customers for years and have brought family from Europe and friends numerous times. We have always appreciated the upscale service and your excellent cuisine. This past December, 2022,we attended the Christmas Luncheon at 3pm and noticed your many changes with much higher prices and lesser quality of food. This past Easter we decided to give it another chance. We had a seating time of 1:30pm and were not seated until 2pm after we agreed to be seated with another single person to get seated. Then we found out that 1:30pm was the last seating. By that time the food and dessert trays were almost empty. The food was poor, meat was dried out, tough, and not up to the quality of previous years. The higher price and conditions were unacceptable. On a positive note, Mahlet was an excellent server and Larry was a very pleasant and charming every time as the busboy.

Restaurant was perfect for Easter brunch. Food selection was a bit overwhelming; but quite good. Service was excellent and very attentive. Price was way more than expected though — $500+ for 4!

The food was OK but not worth the monies charged. The highlight of the time at the Palm Court was Keith (our waiter). He was AMAZING. He was 'Johnny on the Spot" when we needed anything. When the potato pan was empty we told him and he immediately went to the back to let them know. When the new pan of potatoes arrived, he brought both of us a small plate of potatoes. He went above and beyond, He obvious cares about the people and is a very hard worker. He is a prime example of what a waiter should be.

Family meal on Christmas Day— Experience began with the bellman of the hotel asking for us to pay him on the side for where we chose to park. No big deal, it’s Christmas was our thought. Checked in at the host table. We arrived a little early for our reservation so I expected to wait for our table at least until our reservation time. Unfortunately we waited 25 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Our waitstaff (I do not want to misspell her name—she’s lovely and from Turkey) was attentive and kind. She was a breath of fresh air as other staff congregated in groups to complain about various things. It was unavoidable to hear the comments as they were standing right next to the buffet. The buffet had a variety of choices. Of course ,keeping items warm was a struggle. Vegetarians would have limited choices with 75% of the choices being potatoes. The dessert choices were outstanding.

While it was a buffet, our table received very little attention. The appetizers, salads, meats and desserts were very good, but some of the side dishes were just ok like the mushroom risotto, shrimp scampi, lobster Mac.

The Christmas Buffet made our Holiday complete! We are so fortunate that the Hotel did the buffet after two years of Covid. We were so excited to attend and it did not disappoint us in any way. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. The food excellent! In every way a special holiday treat!

Our favorite place in the Cincy area for special occasion brunches - Dickens Carol brunch, Christmas Day brunch. The trio of carolers was wonderful at both. We had a couple of family members join us at the last moment for the Christmas Day brunch and they were able to accommodate us without any issues.

The food was fine and the service was very good but the heating was broken and the restaurant would not make accommodations in their pricing due to this issue. We had to move tables to find a warm spot. We were not the only family having to wear our jackets during dinner.

Brunch was outstanding!!! I would give it SIX STARS if you had them. The service was outstanding. The selection of food in the buffet was off the charts! There was something for everyone - red meat, chicken, tofu, fish, shell fish, bacon, all different kinds of vegetables and breads. — and all that was before you got to the multitude of desserts!! PLEASE bring brunch back on a regular basis. We Cincinnatians love our brunch and you know how to serve brunch!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Went for the Christmas Day brunch. Amazing variety of food and desserts. The hotel is very nicely decorated for the season. Live carolers and a piano player. Wonderful expand will be back!

Great value. It was not cheap, but there were so many delicious choices not generally available at a brunch buffet. The piano player and the Christmas Carolers were a very nice touch. I wish they had this buffet during the year, not just in December.

It was a return to the pre-Covid Orchids, which we sorely miss. The brunch selections were fantastic and the servers were excellent and attentive. Hopefully, this evenbt will be repeated in 2023. Dare we hope for a return of the Orchid's restaurant? Two minor suggestions. Don't remove the name tags from the dishes prematurely, and don't exclude your wonderful bread pudding from the menu. All in all. a wonderful experience.

The setting and idea are wonderful, but the value simply isn't there. Most of the food wasn't hot, and our waiter was rude. I specifically asked for a straw for our special needs daughter, and we didn't get it. Obviously, no big deal, but when I asked for one, the waitress said, "uh.. ok." She also was very intrusive about gathering our plates from the table. We had the 2:00 p.m. seating, and at 2:30, they started taking the signs up for what was in the chafing dishes. So when we went up for another plate, we had to open every chafing dish to remind us what was in there. The setting is beautiful, and the carolers were great. However, if the price point was half of what it was, it would be more appropriate.
