We had a wonderful experience at Palma! The food was absolutely amazing—everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. A special mention to our server, Harold, who was fantastic. He was attentive, friendly, professional, and truly made our evening even more enjoyable. Excellent food and outstanding service. We will definitely be back!

Very very small food portions. Mashed potatoes were very salty. Service was just okay...could have been better. Place was however very beautiful. Overpriced for the portions we were getting

Nous avons malheureusement été très déçus de notre expérience au restaurant. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été installés à une table prévue pour quatre personnes alors que nous étions six. Nous étions donc clairement à l’étroit et cette table ne convenait absolument pas à notre groupe. Le service était également extrêmement lent, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus désagréable. Nous avons ensuite demandé à changer de table afin de pouvoir bénéficier d’un meilleur espace et du service à table. On nous a alors indiqué qu’un minimum de consommation de 600 $ était exigé, alors que nous étions six personnes et que nous avions déjà dépensé environ 500 $ au restaurant. Nous étions donc clairement prêts à continuer à consommer et à profiter de la soirée. Ce qui nous a surtout déçus, c’est la façon dont notre demande a été traitée. Nous avons eu le sentiment de ne pas être pris en considération et, pire encore, d’être dénigrés alors que nous étions des clients qui avions déjà dépensé une somme importante sur place. Nous comprenons parfaitement qu’un établissement puisse avoir certaines politiques concernant les tables et les minimums de consommation. Toutefois, nous trouvons difficilement acceptable d’installer six personnes à une table prévue pour quatre, puis de refuser notre demande de changement de table malgré notre consommation déjà importante. La manière dont la situation a été gérée nous a vraiment donné l’impression que nous n’étions pas les bienvenus et que notre satisfaction n’était pas une priorité. Nous espérions passer une belle soirée, mais cette situation, combinée à la lenteur du service et au manque de considération, a considérablement affecté notre expérience. Nous souhaitons donc vous faire part de notre grande déception et espérons que ce commentaire sera pris au sérieux.

Awful experience. I’ve never seen a restaurant bring starters, salads and main at the same time. Completely ruined the experience. Felt like we were being rushed out the door. Especially for a very pricey restaurant

Nous avons vraiment aimé la nourriture. Les nouilles udon miam! L'employée au bar était tellement gentille! Elle nous a conseillée sur les drinks et les meilleurs plats à prendre selon elle! Rencontre avec le propriétaire à la fin de la soirée aussi, il était super gentil et sympa! Bref une excellente table!

Our experience was in all very positive. A little upscale, not so relaxed. Food very good! Well cooked, well presented! The only down was the sticky ribs seemed dry. Best
