Panache Woodfired Grill
This place is overrated. Food wasn’t that good for the price.
love the home sauce with the bread so good and filet mignon was so good
Food was substandard. Waitress forgot to bring one pizza altogether, so it took some time for all food to arrive. When pepperoni pizzas finally made it, we had to drain and drain oil from them.
Waitress did not seem to care much. She was pleasant , but not really interested or sympathetic to food quality.
This was my first visit there. I will be back. I loved everything about the place. The food was excellent. My friend who was with me had been many times before, and was happy when I told her the name of the place
we would be eating. You have a beautiful place.
First time here! We had a gift card so we had to try it out. We found a parking spot so we didn't have to use the valet. The outside and inside are decorated so nice for the holiday! As far as the food, they did not disappoint and I'm very picky! We sat in the back room of the restaurant with a beautiful fire place and intimate setting. Our server was a young guy who was very helpful with the menu and letting us know what what popular. I had the crab ravioli in the vodka sauce and it was amazing! It was better than some lobster ravioli I have had other places. Other great items to try are the wood fire wings, Brussel sprouts and flatbread bruschetta. My hubby got the veal and said it was also very good! They had so many options for dessert but we went with the sweet potato cheesecake and wow it was awesome! I liked the service and atmosphere because you don't feel rushed between courses and can enjoy a few drinks. The place was crowded for a Friday night but during our meal we didn't notice. Definitely recommend making a reservation. We will be bringing friends and family back!
I never received the appetizer salad, so I cannot count on that. We also had to remind a waiter that our wines were not yet served, after he had placed the entrees on our table. I had the blackened ahi tuna, with scalloped potatoes (Who wants cream and potatoes with tuna, although the potatoes were tasty. A rice dish would have been better.) My husband had a chicken skewer dish, large chunks of chicken grilled with several different vegetables, served with a rice dish. Both entrees were so salted that we both were tasting salt rather than enjoying the meat and vegetables. The chef needs to know how to bring out the real flavor of the food, rather than burying it with too much salt. We won't be back.
First date; My date had been at the location before, it was my first time. The food was great, our waitress was sweet and we were there for almost 4 hours and didn’t feel like we were getting rushed out or anything.
Watch out for Open Table seating. We had family in from CA so we made a reservation on the website. We were seated on the 2nd floor which had no atmosphere, took forever to get drinks and just made us think we should have gone somewhere else. The food was sub par and it was not impressive to our guests. I wish they would have told us we were sitting upstairs. I would recommend calling ahead if your booking through this website to make sure your seating in the main dining room
Very nice ambiance! Great food and drinks, Very nice choice for a Friday night out!
Service was slow, but food was good.
Too cold to enjoy the firelight outside, we chose inside. Our waitress came over to take our drink order and told us something about the restaurant. This was a cozy place to relax and enjoy. It took awhile to read the menu as it was filled with many and varied Italian choices. We started with a delicious basket of fresh baked bread followed by our entree choices of Chicken Marsala and a prime rib pasta dish. The food was hot, tasty and abundant.
The food was really not good. Sweet potato pancakes were gluey pancakes with huge slabs of sweet potato. Inedible. Scrambled eggs were under cooked. I mean, they’re just scrambled eggs! Two mistakes with the order. Would not go back for brunch.
SO noisy you had to shout at a table for 4 and then they had live music. Service was abrupt. Water glasses were basically dropped onto the table. Had to flap your arms to get a waiter to come back but food was worth it! Delicious.
Unfortunately did not live up to the hype. Food was ok, service was slow. Not a place I would recommend yet. I plan on going back for lunch to see if the experience is better. The menu is quite tempting, but I was not pleased overall with the preparation of my pork chop, and my wife did not enjoy her crab dish....my son did like the Gnocchi dish. I'll set a business lunch there next and see if they can redeem themselves.
After a wonderful meal, service and entertainment, I left my scarf on my chair. When I went to go pick it up, it was wrapped up with my name, # and when I was going to be in. You can tell they care about their patrons.
Everything was good. Great place
We had a reservation for 8 pm and didn’t get seated until 8:40 pm. The hostess was nowhere to be found at times. We thought the food would make up for the very late seating but that wasn’t the case. Food was edible at best but lacked flavors. We really wanted to give this place a try but will not be back.
We had a reservation for Saturday night. When we arrived on time, there was a long line of people waiting and no hostess to be found. After waiting 10 minutes we were told that it would be 15-20 minutes before we would be seated. After waiting 15 minutes, we were told that it would still be another 20 minutes! We walked out and went to Blue Bell in across the street.
The noise level was so high my dining partner and I could barely communicate with each other. Service was rather slow as well although it was very busy for a Saturday night during the 730 dining hour. In a positive note, the Food was delicious and the Halloween costumes worn by the servers added a fun element to the evening.
I enjoyed my dinner very much. The only problem is that it was so noisey.
Had a great lunch! Always a nice place to go out for lunch and enjoy great food.
Excellent food and service! We ordered two gluten free pizzas, one four cheese with olives and one arugula and prosciutto, both excellent. The pineapple martini was excellent as well!
This is my second time here and both times the service was incredibly slow. They seem to have the staff but the waiters don't seem to pay Ttention to their tables. I got 1 glass of water that sat empty for an hour. We had to get up to find our waitress. We never did get forks. We made due with spoons. It's a shame bc the food is fabulous.
We celebrated my wife's birthday in style at Panache. This restaurant is consistently excellent, with great food, friendly service and an inviting, upscale atmosphere.
Wonderful meal and service
Been there a couple of times. first time disappointed. 6:45 Saturday night reservation, they seemed overwhelmed with what I would consider normal crowd. Chicken Kabobs were bad, no flavor and very dry. We had to go to the bar for our second round of drinks, bartenders make you feel like your asking them to do you a favor. Maybe our server was a newbie?
We enjoyed lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. We were hoping to sit outside on the patio but it was reserved for a private party. Instead, we sat in a nice dining area that was full of natural light. The portion sizes are very generous and the food was delicious. The pizza was made to order and the toppings were fresh including the vegetables and cheeses.
The service was the worst I ever had at a restaurant. We waited about 10 minutes to be greeted. Once the server took our order we never saw him again. He never checked on us. Never asked if we wanted a beverage from the bar. Never asked how our food was. After I complained he finally came back and I asked where he went. He said he had a party. Ok. Your more concerned with your large party and tip that you ignored us? I am a server as a fine establishment. His tip went from $20 to .43 cents
Staff was exceptional! food was terrific as always! get place for friends, family or date night.....
We had a very delicious lunch! Service was pretty good and everyone was very accommodating. It did get quite noisy at the lunch hour, so I would recommend taking that into consideration if that is a factor to you. Overall, I recommend Panache!
Good food but waitress forgot appetizer dessert and sugar for the coffee
Had a good time here. We had a large party (13) and they were able to handle that, putting us in a private room. The service was a bit uneven, and the food was just good. Seemed like a great place for drinks, don’t know that I would run back to eat there unless we had a similar size party.
Wonderful birthday dinner. First time there. Annie the waitress was so nice. Food was great! Will be back!
It was nice to sit outside on a summer evening, but last Thursday was a disaster. The room was crazy noisy, the service MISERABLE and the food not good AT ALL. I have never written a bad review for any place, but felt I had to...We were never told of any specials, one person received their food 1/2 hour before anyone else, my club soda was barely refilled, they were totally short-staffed, and the kitchen must have had a very off night because the food was less than mediocre. When I very professionally asked to speak to the manager, he tried to help, but gave our party a $40 gift certificate. A party of seven received that - so that's like $5.71 each! They should have given us WAYYYYYYYYYY more for this inconvenience. I run very large events and am acutely aware of how hard it can be to maintain good staffing, good food and good service, but this was none of the above and I can guarantee you NONE Of us will be back, unless you send me a $100 gift certificate.
Great food and atmosphere good service stethoscope
I have been here before and this was the worst time. The one hostess was new. We told her we had a reservation, she left to check the table, came back and helped someone else then disappeared. The other hostess apologized saying, “she’s new.” That’s not a good reason. Our server was awful, not friendly, not good about drink refills, had no idea what the soup of the day was, terrible attitude. The busboys didn’t clear off our salads before trying to put down entrees and in general seemed clueless. The noise was unbearable! I’ll think twice before coming back.
Great food...great atmosphere! The service is not that great. We had a birthday dinner there and all of our meals came out at different times. Then they brought out a birthday dessert for my husband and didn't ask anyone else if they wanted anything until after he was done eating his.
The hostesses were not helpful at all when I came in . I had made a reservation for five three days in advance and went up to the hostess stand. They filed around, didn't even confirm to me they saw my reservation and told me to wait. My party of five including an elderly man and my father who has a bad hip had to wait standing for over ten minutes until we were called to our table "because they were clearing the table still". It doesn't take ten minutes to clear a table, mind you.
The food was great once it arrived. Took an entire 2.5 hours to get through dinner though. Even had to ask if we were going to get our food. The waitress was distracted, did not know basic answers to questions about menu items.
Other than the food and ambience the place is basically a disaster. Would not recommend.
Unique menu items, piping hot food, and generous portions
Server didn’t know specials. She had a very rough and apathetic way of talking. We have come here for years and usually enjoy it. However we have had this server twice and I don’t plan on returning for fear of a third encounter.
If the staff doesn’t know proper etiquette or how to best serve customers the management should train them appropriately.
