Parklands Tavern

Excellent service from the moment we stepped through the door. The food was amazing and came out so quickly. It would be the perfect place for a function. Cannot rate Parkalnds Tavern enough.

The food at parklands always lets me down. I paid $34 for pork belly that was dry. Cold vegies. Sauce was nice. My brother and his wifes food was ok

The Calamari was deep fried overcooked. The chips were nice and the salad was tasteless. It was mainly mixed lettuce leaves, not much else and no dressing. I’m not a fussy eater. I eat anything but not this time. I mail Ly ate the chips and left the rest.

The food,service is always very good and that is why we like to go there.

Excellent food with great ambiance and the drinks were good value.

Food was beautiful as always. The food came out in a timely manner. Great service from Emily who is very friendlily and helpful.

Just dining with elderly family they are very noise sensitive, Great that the pokies side is separated. Local and handy food was terrific. Covid has caused so many issues that you are doing a wonderful job. 2nd time there and still impressed, Thank you

Great place for families and friends. Been a few times and always had friendly and efficient service.

Just a bit disappointed with the all the meals being brought out at different times 20 to 25 minute gap. The size of the meals have also gotten smaller

Good set up nice ambience, good service, and nice staff. The menu was a little limited definitely should have burgers available in the evening food was a great size but a little bland , had the Texas snitty basically beans and cheese on top couldn’t find any brisket need to be a bit more saucy , but okay overall be a great place for a few beers listening to the live music in the beer garden.

You need anew Friday night singer.

Good simple night which we enjoyed.

We really like the Parklands but unfortunately this time it was ruined by some very poor service.the table we were offered was very poor and when i asked for a different one it could not be accommodated despite there being other tables. then we had to ask for share plates and cutlery with the share dishes and then when we ordered a pizza there were no serviettes and we could not get attention to get any. Bar service was excellent as was the food but the table service was really poor.

We were placed very close to another table who had kids & parents that let them run around & they were extremely noisy. We were there for my Mum’s 87th birthday & we couldn’t have a conversation due to the noise. After we finished our meal we had to move outside to get away from the noise, finish our drinks & have a conversation.
I requested an inside booking due to my Mum’s age as I thought outside would be too hot for her at this time of the year.

My daughters 31st birthday and Keith was outstanding such a help. He did everything to make our dinner special. Wonderful guy. We will be back thank you.

all meals were good except the chicken parmi was a little dry!

Overall experience ok, but only issue with food salt and pepper calamari tough and cooked in old oil

We dined at Parklands for the first time 2 weeks ago and the food was so amazing we went back for our anniversary lunch the following week, where we discovered a refreshing cocktail menu as well.

Nice food well priced, and enjoyable atmosphere. Will go again,

Amazing food. We live in Brightwater and would prefer to travel to Parklands than our local Tavern as the food is without doubt way better! Great venue inside and outside. Friendly, professional staff. Highly recommend :)

Food is pricey I ordered a chicken schnitzel it cost $21 and I thought it was pretty dry. Overall a nice night out though excellent customer service and very clean. Had a live band playing it was a nice atmosphere. Will return for sure.

Great tavern with interesting and quirky decor. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The oysters were soooo good😊

Good food, not too expensive, nice decor, good service. Getting in the door the hardest part, with no smart phone the info input takes too long. Maybe the concierge could do the inputting.

Great service, great venue, but food was better before COVID. Need more specials to make it affordable for families.

Wasn’t very clean, bar staff insipid and food was average. Table Waitress was upbeat and helpful.

Ordered chicken caesar salad, chicken was super dry and the bacon looked like it had just been hacked off a wild boar and just as tough! Chicken schnitty was exceptionally small and was also very dry. Bit disappointed considering every other time we've eaten there the food has been good.

Menu needs updating, no chicken option & no option for grilled fish.

Always good food and service good. Would be good to have a small steak on seniors menu please.

Good menu & tasty, but food delivered was not hot enough (mashed potato and vegetables). Loved the previous table service for food and drink. Taken a step back now with drinks having to be ordered at the bar again.

My husband ordered & paid for a pint of beer...was deliver a schooner at least half inch from being filled to the top....after complaining he was compensated
I had Salmon with burnt butter sauce....it was absolutely swimming in oil more so that butter....it was nearly in edible....even the asparagus was submerged in grease & oil
My dining companions had fillet steak & were very happy with their meal
