                                                  Lovely staff, nice ambience and good pasta. Arrived from late flight and staff were very accommodating and efficient.

                                                  Overall this was not a good experience. Despite being a small group of 5, and only the second people in the reaturant we had extremely slow service (almost 2 hours to get a starter and main). Staff were uninterested and gave little care to quality of service overall. Despite seeing us walk into the restaurant staff remained chatting amongst themselves for over a minute before coming and seating us. We had to ask multiple times for water on the hottest day of the year. Food came out in dribs and drabs where some of it had been waiting on the service pass for a while and was no longer hot. We didn't get new cutlery after our starters and had to ask staff to replace it after they served the mains and left us with no way to eat it. The quality of the food was fine, but nothing out of the ordinary, it was just like a mid-quality chain pasta bar. The presentation of some elements could be improved as the food all felt it was just rushed onto the plate. And although 3 members of our group ordered the same meal (Rainbow Gnocchi), all three plates came out with different proportions of pasta and sauce, with one of them being considerably smaller. This was a disappointing meal and I will not be visiting a Pasta Eveangelists again anytime soon.

                                                  Seated near kitchen so every time waiting staff walked past or a customer needed something got knocked into. My daughter’s meal was wrong order so had to be sent back. Starter came out with main course when I asked it not too. Food was very average. 12.5 service charge on bill and then presented with card terminal asking did I want to leave a tip !!

                                                  Super pasta it was truly the best - the cacio pepe with lemon was unreal! Lovely atmosphere and just a great place to end a day out in the city with friends, will be back
