Pear Valley Estate Wine

An expressive nose of cranberry, cola, persimmon, and sage. Feminine and lithe, the palate leads with loads of red fruits along with gentle warmth from the French oak. High acid and medium tannin through the finish of this delightful Pinot.

Light garnet in color with aromas of strawberry compote, cola, sweet spice, and blood orange. On the palate the wine is rich with juicy acidity, along with flavors of pomegranate, hibiscus tea, white pepper, and cranberry preserves.

Our Rhone blend leads with aromas of dried violets, rose hip tea, raspberry liquor & thyme. First sip reveals tart red berries, dried sage & pipe tobacco with mouthwatering acidity. Fairly lithe on the palate, but deeply interesting with fruit & savory notes abound.45% Mourvedre, 34% Syrah, 21% Grenache

Our first stand alone bottling of this variety, our Mourvèdre is light and feminine with aromas of stewed plums, dried sage, Luxardo cherry liqueur, and leather. On the palate the wine is rich in red fruit, sweet tobacco, anise, and white pepper. So much going on with this wine, it's a pleasure to enjoy in its youth. Only 70 cases produced.

Classic Zinfandel aromas of stewed plums, spice, licorice, and scorched earth. Flavors of red fruits, anise, and bramble spice are enveloped in chalky tannins. A pure pleasure to drink in its youth and will evolve over the next 8 years.

Garnet in color this wine shows a rich nose of Damson plum, wild strawberries, brown sugar & violets. On the palate the wine is bright with natural acidity and red fruits. Lifted aromas of green melon, flint, and grapefruit. As the wine opens, aromas turn more tropical. Clean and crisp on the palate, flavors of yellow apple, lychee, lemongrass, and ginger persist. Wonderful with seafood or spicy fare.

Golden straw in color with rich aromas of marzipan, brûléed pineapple, vanilla bean, and nectarine. On the palate the wine has significant weight, but also enough acidity to find balance. Loaded with tropical fruits, finger lime, and subtle hazelnut. Tom's Chardonnay always showcases the riper style of the variety.

Beautiful salmon color and bursting with aromas of strawberry, watermelon and orange zest. Delicate floral aromas open up with air. Flavors of mandarin orange, watermelon rind, quince, and sage are up front. Great balance of acid and mouthfeel, as the wine finishes crisp.

Light CO2 tingles the tongue as huge aromas of honeydew, orange blossom, sweet pear, and jasmine flower emerge. Round sweetness is balanced with just enough acidity to showcase the flavors of apricot, orange, elderflower, and spiced pear.

Perfumed aromas of orange blossom, candied ginger, jasmine, apricot jam, and a hint of white pepper. Always sweet, but not cloying, our Orange Muscat exhibits flavors candied citrus peel, Valencia orange, and tropical notes.

Massive aromas of honey poached pears, jasmine flowers, white peach, and tangerine. The sweetest wine in our lineup, flavors of stone fruit, mandarin orange, and honey are abound.

Smoky cherry and vanilla flavors with hints of blueberry cobbler persist through a long spicy finish. Delightfully decadent!

Virtually untouched for 10 years, our last release from this project is a pure delight. Light ruby in color, fading to a burnt orange rim. Complex aromas of stewed plums, honey, damp earth, cigar box, and cedar spice. The tannins have mellow to perfection and the fruit has lost its primary profile. Silky smooth with flavors of berry compote, anise, burnt sugar, and hazelnut. This wine has been ideally aged for your enjoyment now. Don't miss it.

Deep ruby in color, our Right Bank inspired blend offers a sweet nose of raspberry and blackberry preserves, damp earth, cigar box, and chalk. With time black cherry, kirsch, and cinnamon emerge. Quite dense and velvety on the palate, this is a wine packed with red fruit, licorice, and cherry pipe tobacco.
