Peggy Kinnanes Irish Restaurant & Pub
The night of our reservation was stormy. Since we expected that our seats would be outside because of Phase 3 restrictions, we started calling Peggy. Kinnanes to confirm they were still open . We called continuously from 5:00 to 5:45 but the phone at Peggy’s was NEVER answered. We assumed that the restaurant was not open and didn’t drive there. Very disappointed.
It was so nice to get out again at a restaurant! The food was great- all four of us enjoyed it!
Great to be outside for lunch
Peggys was amazing! The food was so good and the service was great! Love the outdoor seating
So nice to be able to dine at PK's new outdoor tables. The atmosphere, service and food were great. Thank you!
Great rueben sandwich. Great outdoor space. Thumbs up
We have never had bad service here.
Great food and outstanding service on the patio given the restrictions right now.
Derek is wonderful.
Great food,service and ambiance!
Excellent service and food. Great atmosphere and fun.
We are regulars at Peggy's especially during Marquette University basketball season. This was the last time we were here because basketball season ended and coronavirus began. We ordered corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick's Day. I would love to come to their outdoors dining but due to health issues, it will be the end of the year at least before it is safe for me to dine out, even on a patio.
There is a great variety on the menu to choose. We tried the fish and chips, quite a large portion. Very good, can't wait to go back and try something else
I love pleasant surprises and Kinnanes delivered. It's the perfect expression of an Americanized Irish Pub and a great local restaurant. Solid food at reasonable prices and cheery Irish Pub ambiance. Looking forward to re-visiting.
Good food and everything else!
Food is just ok but check your bill closely they like to charge extra for everything and charge for a side when its supposed to be included
Great food! We sat in the back area which was much quieter than the front of the restaurant.
The host and manager were so very accomedating. They went out of their way to get us the table we wanted. Food was good. Band was fun. Fun place to go with friends.
Great local Irish Pub. We'll be regular customers:)
Was disappointed. Ordered Shepherds Pie, they charge almost $18.00 for. Way too much mashed potatoes on top and way too little of the mince. Nothing is served with the Shepherds Pie, no bread or side veggies so for that price I would expect the dish to be really spectacular and it was not. Mashed potatoes tasted like cafeteria food.
Music was waaay too loud. Had trouble having a conversation at the table.
Server was meh, not good not bad.
The Harp beer was amazing!
I heard such good things about this restaurant, would consider trying again but would order a sandwich
There was 6 in our party and everyone enjoyed their dinner. We will be back!
I really like Peggy Kinnanes, good pub food especially the Irish egg rolls. This time I went with friends that had not been there before and they ordered fish and chips to share. The fish was still frozen in the center (it was a big piece of fish). The manager came right over to apologize and comped their dinner. The new order was perfect
New Year’s Eve. It was busy but service and food was excellent!
New Years Eve. Our waitress was fantastic. Very attentive, always there with coffee before we asked, but not rushing us.
Highly recommend! Food excellent and service was outstanding, too. A pleasant evening for all.
Food and atmosphere was great. Enjoyed a very nice family get together
Everything was great! Service & food very good!! We went before show at Metropolis. Right across street from venue & server was on top of making sure we got out with plenty of time to spare!
Great place, great service, great food!
It was a wonderful experience, with delicious food! Great service!! Thank you.
No place better than Peggy’s.
Very nice restaurant - have been here previously, but only sat in the bar and had appetizers...very nice menu and the food was good!
The food was very average. The corn beef had very little flavor. The horseradish was outstanding, but the mustard choices were yellow and Dijon. An Irish restaurant without Irish mustard?!?! The band sound check was extremely irritating.
Great place to grab a quick dinner before a show. We all enjoyed our meal. Always consistent, just a bit noisy.
The menu selections were great. The food was very tasty. Will be back again.
