Peru Perdu at The Cotton Factory

Food was amazing but because we booked a table for 19:45 there were a lot of things in the menu that were no longer available like the different kind of fish in the ceviche platter. Service was amazing but felt that it was to busy. Difficult to keep distance in such a small place. One way system in place not efficient.

The staff were really friendly and take proper good care of your dogs. The food is cooked perfectly to how you want it and overall I would 100% recommend to anyone! Definitely will be going back again.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door, they are quite clearly all very knowledgeable about all items on the menu, and all the drinks. They always have a personal recommendation, or a suggestion depending on what you've said you like.

I love the ambience and look of the restaurant, and I cannot wait to go back again. The food is so tasty, fresh, interesting, and just a pleasant experience from start to finish

I honestly think that this is one of the best restaurants in Manchester. I've been twice now and both times staff have been great, food is excellent and music is great too. Pisco sours and Ceviche, Peruvian classics are done well.

Lovely food, great atmosphere and excellent service. I would recommend Peru Perdu to anyone coming to Manchester. We will definitely come back to eat our way through the menu. Despite corona (the staff adhere to all guidelines and it felt safe), it was a lovely escape from the current reality. 10/10!

Delicious food and excellent waiter. Recommended dishes and drinks, but without being pushy. Knew about the cuisine and was a welcoming face. Music was a bit loud.

Amazing staff and service as well as the atmosphere, took our french bull dog for roast dinner he loved it too! Going to be my local haunt for roasts now.

We really enjoyed the food here and thought the staff were absolutely lovely too. Thought the brunch was available on a Saturday but seems it’s only on a Sunday even though it said online that it’s also on Saturdays. I didn’t enjoy the cocktails as much. Not that wide of a range when it comes to cocktail, mostly strong tasting from what I ordered.

We had a lovely meal, the food was 10/10, and the service in the restaurant was amazing.
Only negative we ordered the pisco sours which were advertised on insta as unlimited all weekend for £15, a bit of confusion over this initially but the waiter honoured it.... However they were wayyyy toooo sour, I know it was a sour but I think all that was in it was booze and lime juice 😂

The food was incredible and beautifully presented, especially the ceviche starter to share. The staff were friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was great.

Staff are really nice and hospitable and suggested a great wine I would never normally go for. Food was really nice, well presented. Really nice restaurant too, would definitely recommend to anyone. Prices are slightly on the high side but I didn’t mind paying more for the hospitality and quality.

Went for 25th anniversary and could not have chosen a better place. They went above & beyond for us even to the point of saving us a booth. Fab food & ambience, great service in particular from Sean & jenni.
We will be back.

The host/manager was enchanting, funny playful and super informed on the food and drinks, the pisco cocktail is not to be missed if your are getting a Uber home! We had the ceviche shearing platter with the pairing wines, the size was good but not too much, it comes with salads and hints of incredibly tasty dressings. A place which from the outside can be missed if your not looking for it, but should not be!

Superb food and cocktails. Friendly, unobtrusive service. The dulce de leche cheesecake is amazing!

This was our first visit to Peru Perdu and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The service, ambience and food were all great. In fact, better than we had expected so we thoroughly recommend it. My only criticism is the lighting en route to the toilets. It's just too dark, especially going down the stairs and the signage is not obvious so several of us found ourselves wandering aimlessly at the same time - not good for social distancing.

Great ambiance and served by waiting staff who really cared.Only ordered from small plates which were delicious. Pisco sours were of note too!
First time during these Covid times we forgot about it all - a tough ask but somehow Peru Perdu managed whilst still adhering to safety procedures.

I had been looking forward to trying this place for awhile. The service was friendly and attentive and I couldn’t fault it. I enjoyed one of the three starters I tried and the other two lacked any real flavour. I had a steak for my main which had great flavour although it was just slightly overcooked. The side dishes were an imaginative and quite average. I think the food is overpriced and lacks flair and authenticity.

absolutely marvellous place, the steak was fantastic ( £30 deal) everyone should try the sweet corn side as to die for. Try the cheese cake but be warned you need to share
The staff are excellent

The place is nice and stylish, but seems overpriced. The main course prices for 1 starting from 20pounds, which is quite expensive. Menu quite difficult to understand and doesn't have many native dishes. Does not represent the true Peruvian restaurant, as they play disco music most of the time. Staff looked like they all are trainees, but all friendly. Food was delicious, but small portions. Overall 6 out of 10.

Service was 10/10, Rob our waiter was so friendly and made us feel really relaxed! Food and drinks were amazing, will be back again soon.

A few hiccups with the service - forgot to put order through which meant we were waiting over an hour for our food. Was given complimentary glass of Prosecco (would rather of had a choice of drink as I was driving)

Missed food off the order, and sent wrong drinks (could be due to difficulties in hearing as music was so loud)

Constant interruption from broadcasting team who were filming a channel4 documentary

I would try again as the food and drinks were excellent
