   We used to love coming here for special occasions and holidays. I don’t think we will be coming any more. Our service was terrible. Our waiter never checked on us. We sat for 30+ minutes with empty drinks. Our food took incredibly too long while we watched all the tables around us being served. We were brought the wrong meal and waiting so long everyone else was finished by the time my son got his correct meal and then we were charged for both meals!! I’m a pretty patient patron but this just really bugged me.

   Ordered the usual and everything was delicious. Had the steamed shrimp dim sum and shrimp fried rice with broccoli. Went for lunch and it was nice and quiet.

   Kilmer our server was excellent and enhanced our overall experience. From recommendations to appetizers and drinks all the way to dessert. Kilmer was attentive, personable and friendly. Thank Kilmer for making our experience top notch. Compliments to the chef and his staff as well. Everything was seasoned perfectly and was extremely fresh.

    Place was very dirty. Tables were empty all around us but they were dirty with plates and cups still on them. Food on the floor. Our food was dry Only good thing was our waitress was very good. Don’t think I will be going back. 🙁

    Went there for lunch. Ordered the shrimp fried rice and got brown rice instead of white, which was healthier. Service was good since it was in the middle of the day. No waiting.

    The food was good. Quality ingredients compared to a lot of other restaurants. The server was very good as well. The restaurant was too quiet; I have been to other PF Chang’s that were vibrant and bustling. This restaurant did not have that kind of vibe that I expect. It was a bit lifeless. Parking is not really that easy either.

    Server was nice. Drinks were poor, wrong wine from kind ordered, horrible gin and tonic. Everything took forever to arrive. Food wasn’t bad and was hot but a meal in an almost empty restaurant took over 1 1/2 hours from order to arrival. Total time in restaurant was over 2 hours. Will not use that location again.

    Waiter seemed new and very inexperienced. He was pleasant but service was slow, orders were messed up (although reconciled) and it wasn’t the best experience.

    Last Friday was the 1st time we dinned indoor at PF Changs in several months. During that time they completely refreshed the interior of the restaurant and they did a really nice job. I think they may have also changed up the music track to be somewhat more consistent with the restaurant theme.

    We waited 15 minutes before being acknowledged. Our waiter and the food were excellent. Having to set up an on line account, because the restaurant no longer takes cash or credit cards was extremely bothersome.
