Food was terrible, used to love this place but seems to have gone downhill

Amazing experience. The food was amazingly wonderful. Lots of flavour, colours, atmosphere and great service. I can never be at fault with PF chang. This was my second time going and double thumbs up from me.

Food was fresh and tasty as always. Service was quick and very friendly. However, restaurant was more crowded than expected (despite social distancing in place And having booked a table two weeks in advance), loud and very hot - not the best atmosphere when you have a baby with you. I was also disappointed in the mocktail which was hardly any drink and too much ice. I ordered a second one and asked for less ice this time. Instead, they removed the ice and placed drink in a tiny cup even though I paid £7 for it! Twice!

As always i have an amazing time at PF changs. There is nothing i can fault on food, service and ambiance.
The only thing this time round was a long delay on our desserts. My sister had requested a Happy birthday on my dessert, which came out on my Sisters dessert. Also the 2nd dessert we ordered took about 15 mins to arrive.
Aside from this that evening was excellent.

Great food. I felt service could have been a little better.

Excellent customer service, food was fab, super fast food great waiter/waitress. Watch out for optional service charge. Toilets require more cleaning.

Very poor service, it was my husbands birthday, not only did I put a message on the booking but I also told the waiter to put a birthday message on the dessert. They ruined the whole birthday as I had guests with me and was very upsetting.

Food was very bland. Mongolian beef was super tough, the Singapore noodles was super bland and also had this very odd after taste.

Disappointed we used to come here a lot and really enjoyed the food. The standards have dropped.

We had to ask the waiters to come serve us as no one came to the table.

The food is immaculate and the staff were very friendly.

Christmas Meal

Booked as a treat to my wife as she has wanted to try here for so long. Booking was easy. Turned up and had to queue at the door as there was no head waiter around for about 5mins. Got seated and food service was slow but our waiter was attentive. I had to keep having to ask for items that we wasnt sure if missed or if they were being prepared as it came in dribs and drabs. Food was average to be honest for the price - the chicken had very little flavour from the xmas menu - we also had mongian beef menu very salty. The dynamite shrimp was tasty but not coming for one item again. The service charge of 12.5% i paid because of the the waiters attentiveness. I was not overly impressed with the meal i would definitely give it a miss in future.

A fair mark of average.

Good food and service but tables are very close together considering the pandemic and all were occupied.

Service was amazing however food wasn’t the greatest. We had struggled to get a table for the last 2 years however we was excited to be able to finally try. The expectations from being a regular at PF Changs in UAE was already high however the UK branch doesn’t come close and the food definitely needs to improve. The famous Shrimp was a hit though but mains and sides was BASIC :(

The lunch menu was what we were after but this wasn't available and wasn't known to us beforehand either. The food was good just pricey. Dynamite shrimp and mongolian beef recommend but must have plain rice to balance the salt out for the beef.

Amazing as always

This is one of my favourite restaurants, and I was wanting to come for my birthday which was during lockdown so I was elated to be able to get a table for a late birthday dinner with my best friend. service was amazing, food was amazing. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing as without the old paper menus that have pictures in them, I got confused as to what was what, the waiter changed it for me straight away as soon as I realised and did not charge me for the wrongly ordered item. That was awfully kind of him to do. Thank you so much, we had a lovely evening and the Christmas decorations on the stairs looked absolutely divine.

Consistently tasty food with very good service. Definitely recommend!

This place is worth visiting. We came on a date and I’m super fussy about food and was not disappointed. Tasty, well portioned food. Quick service and attentive staff. Ambience was nice. Lovely location too. Book ahead as this place gets quite busy and there were people waiting in a queue who hadn’t pre-booked.

The food was incredible and the overall restaurant's appearance was in genuinely beautiful. However, I found that the service was a bit poor - some of the staff seemed to have an attitude or did not even bother coming to us if we wanted to order anything unless we raised our hand. We did have one waiter who was super friendly and I cannot fault him but in general the service could be improved. However, it was a great night, and the food I absolutely loved it!

Really enjoyed the food and the drinks. The restaurant had a great Christmassy atmosphere and decorations. Very good service and an enjoyable evening.

Underwhelmed by the food but service was good. A little bit cramped in terms of space also.

Probably one of the best Asian food places I’ve tried, very happy with the food and service every time I visit here.

We had a lovely time and food and servicewas excellent, but due to popularity you need to book well in advance.

Lovely food as always but I was seating informs of the toilet (somewhere I’ve never been seated before) the only downfall.

Everything was perfect! Food, Ambience, super efficient service! Loved it and will be back again soon!

Always my favourite place to eat, it never gets too loud but it’s always packed out. Pricy but worth it.

Seems to have downgraded in every way not like it was original when opened
