   We had a wonderful experience from the time we walked in until the time we left. We were greeted by a very kind efficient host, who seated us right away, we had reservations but we’re running late due to a sick member of our party. He was totally understanding and accommodating and saved our table, which was important because were celebrating my son’s birthday. Our server Alberto was exceptional. He was pleasant, interacted with us so well and we just really enjoyed him. He worked so hard all evening but made sure we were always comfortable and pleased having everything we needed. He gave my son a special birthday dessert and took the time to sing happy birthday, it was a lovely experience and the food was amazing as usual. Thank you so much!!! I just wanted to make sure we shouted out to Alberto for going above and beyond for our party!!!

   Enjoyed our dinner. We had dim sum (hand made dumplings) for an app, their signature lo mien (combo), pork fried rice and Chang’s apple crunch for desert. Everything was great, service was excellent.

   Food tasted like it sat in the window. Not much flavor either. Asked for soy sauce. Was given an empty container. I grabbed another one from a different table and that one was empty too. Had to stop another employee for us to be able to get a refill on drinks. We were told she would bring out plate with our meal. She forgot the plates and didn’t come back. Had to ask someone else for plates. Kinda sucks going out to eat expecting to get waited on but instead you’re having to ask for basic service. If I knew this would be the case I would have just gotten take out

   The restaurant was not too busy or crowded. The waitress was very friendly and provided prompt service. This is a great restaurant for kids and they offer a very fun and interactive kids menu. My daughter loves the Chow Mein noodles and enjoys the games on the menu. The food is consisent and the drinks are always tasty. My only complaint is that the steamed vegetables are always "under-steamed" and a little tough. Other than that, everything else is delicious!

   We had a wonderful birthday celebration at the restaurant recently. Our waitress was fabulous, food wonderful and, they went all out with a birthday note from staff and, a heavenly dessert.

    We had reservations for 5 people. We got there at our designated time and still had to wait about 20 minutes for our table. Then when it was finally out turn to be seated “our table” was taken or was not ready so we got sat at a table by the bar, and received our service through the bartender. While he was so busy making drinks it was difficult for him to serve us.

    Bar service was great. Our table server really wasn’t around much. I thought was interesting, I’ve been to many PF’s, this was the first time we had to box our own to go. Everything for this guy was such a chore and he seemed distracted.

    The restaurant was empty, but it too about 10 minutes before the hostess could seat us. Our waiter was very good, but our food was luke warm to cold. The pork in our dumplings was pink, it didn’t look completely cooked. The calamari was very tough, they have changed their calamari recipe, not for the better. The overhead music was very loud, especially in a fairly empty restaurant. My plate was dusty, so I had to exchange it with a plate at the next table. We very much have liked PF Chang, but we will not return to this restaurant.

    Food took a while to come out. Three out of four meals were presented at the same time. Was not offered additional water or napkins, when eating with a five year old it would have been a helpful to have. Busy but to be expected on a Friday night.

    We had a 7:00 PM reservation, they we running about 10 minutes behind schedule. Reception desk was not very welcoming and were more interested in their conversation than welcoming us, or sharing that it would just be a few minutes. Service was slow to take drink order, we were wanting to spread our food order out a but, but Michael took complete order. We had just started working on our soup, then dimsum arrived and entrees quickly followed while we were still working on soup. Was not much room for all of the dishes so we just sent out soup away before we were done. Server was very friendly and welcoming.

    This place has gone to - well Let’s say it’s not like it used to be. Server was not trained , no idea about drinks nor the menu . Food was awful ! Singapore street noodles were undercooked! The Mongolian beef was tough with more green onions than meat … crispy green beans were soggy . Never again !!

    The food was so so , and unfortunately our meals were cold. The temperature in the restaurant was also very cold. We wore our jackets throughout the meal. Maybe turn the heat on ? We enjoyed the hot tea !

    Our server was very nice, but because of lack of help he couldn’t be as attentive as he should have been. The one guy that brought the food didn’t clear the table 1st spilled water, and had trouble putting our food down. Food lacked any sort of flavor. Very disappointing.

    Last time we were here with a reservation, we had to wait 30 mins for our table. No big deal. But this time around, it took a while to find parking and we were 15 mins late. They gave our table away without texting or calling me…no kidding!!! The host was blindly following company policy without any regard to customer service or the situation. Michelin star restaurants are much more courteous and accommodating and P.F. Chang is not even close to that level. Staff needs to be better trained and company policy needs to be revisited.

    We were turned away at the door because of an emergency health issue which CLOSED the restaurant. The only good point was that the reception staff was as unhappy as we were about this and Bert apologetic. One young man especially helped by giving directions to a nearby shopping center with a variety of restaurants, including a Lebanese cafe which we loved.

    So dissapointed with the whole experience. Made a reservation for my friends and I. One friend works crazy hours and it was the other's bday so we were very much looking forward to this day. Once arriving we were told our reservation wouldn't be honored because they were closing for "maintenance." They said they tried to call but they called a wrong number. I did not receive an email, either. They seemed like they couldn't care less. Barely apologizing and didn't care that it was a friends birthday dinner that was being ruined. I do not believe it was closing for maintenance - I think the restaurant was just DEAD and were losing money so they closed down.

    The food was good. I thought the price was high @ $33 a plate for what we ordered, which was the short ribs with pineapple fried rice. I'm used to seeing enough food in an entree to feed two people. This dish was only enough for one person.

    Excellent food. Poor service by hostess and service staff. They're not friendly. They didn't greet us when we arrived (had to wait several minutes to be acknowledged) and when we left, nobody said "goodbye." They need to train their wait staff. Service is slow. We had to repeat our foord requests to our server several times.
