We have always loved of Chang’s but the food was very disappointing this time. Lettuce cups were dry, kung pao shrimp was mushy and the pot stickers were cold. Our waiter was amazing and so were the tempura green beans, this the 3 stars for these 2 standouts.

My guest wasn't happy with his dish and said it was cold and the chicken was tough. Our wonderful waiter, when he brought him the check, said his dish was on the house, which was very admirable. I've always had great food there so this was the one time there was a problem.

We had a great time at PF Changs, Sherman Oaks, which is now the closest PF Changs to the Westside. Food, service, everything was great. Just hope it stays open.

Our server was fantastic! He was helpful in choosing entrees and was super accommodating when we had to get our food to go in a hurry due to an unforeseen emergency. A+ for the server. The rest was mediocre at best and the bill was higher than I’d anticipated.

They couldn’t get the food right. The shrimp with Lobster sauce was very salty they didn’t know how to reduce the salt taste. We asked for Mongolian beef with broccoli and they brought us a plate of beef. Just a hot mess’

Hostess forgot we had a reservation and seated at least 2 walk ins prior to us. We were seated 30 min after our reservation time passed. Waiter was very friendly and attentive, probably the only bright spot to the experience. Food was ok. I have had better at Changs but it was not bad. Restaurant was VERY LOUD. Numerous parties with unruly children wandering the restaurant, some crying and some playing. We actually say an unaccompanied child maybe 4 years old walking the restaurant with a plastic To-Go bag on their head. We hurried to finish our dinner to get out of there.

Just not the same anymore. Did not have our reservation. Said they have issues syncing with open table. Sat us right in front of the door to the patio where people come in and out. Windy and cold. Server was great. Time to get food from kitchen was very slow. Not our servers fault.

Tasteless food despite the "spicy" warning on the Kung Pao shrimp. Even the Dim Sum (pan fried shrimp) was short on flavor. The server was pleasant but clueless. Training here would go a long way but that is a management issue not the individual server as this is the norm here. We come here because it is close (nearby) and vaguely reminiscent of real Chinese food. Next time we will travel a little further for the real thing.

You can’t get better Chinese food than what they serve at P.F. Chang’s. It’s the difference between how my grandma makes ravioli versus ravioli out of a can. They serve your food hot and pretty. The recipes are great and the portions more than adequate. Even the music in the background is nice, especially when they play tracks with a Chinese flavor. It’s fun, the food is good, the atmosphere is great, the service is great – one of my favorites.

The tables by the door were not usable because of the draft. Every time the door would open gust of air would come and blow things away. A simple divider can be used to help with that design flaw. The food was ok. A bit too salty and oily. Service was great. The waiter was very attentive and gave us great service.
