   Food was good but our server was not great. We kept having to ask for plates so we could eat our food and then he didn’t bring them for 10 minutes.

   From appetizers to desserts, it was all delicious. Crispy green beans, sushi, fried rice, banana egg rolls were some of our favorite items we tried. Portions are big enough to share! Delicious food.

   It's P.F. Chang's. You pretty much know what you are going to get. Usually go for our standard fare of Mongolian Beef and/or Honey Chicken but decided to go with a new menu item and was pretty disappointed. The Braised Short Rib was more like Beef Jerky than coming close to a braised short rib. You would expect fall of the bone but it was a chew fest. Waitress was great. She had the chef make some more but it was still pretty chewy and just not good. Bummed when I was looking forward to trying something new but it will be back to the classics for our family.

   I gave it an overall of 1 star because when I told them I had a reservation through OpenTable, the hostess told me their "system" doesn't connect to OpenTable. Good thing it wasn't busy and the wait was minimal. That said, a group of 6 had came in just before us and the hostess took a few minutes to get them checked in. Then after checking us in, she arranged their seating before us even though they were walk ins. The place was at around 1/4 capacity and we still had almost 10 minute wait.

    We got a reservation for 6:45 and got there at 6:35. When we arrived the waiting area was packed and the desk staff were flustered and frantic. They informed everyone they have a server call off and they were running behind because of that. I certainly understand and was ok with waiting a bit to get in. When I checked in she said she didn’t see my name and then asked “did you get a reservation on open table? That’s why I can’t find you. That is a different software” so she had to hand type in all of my information to their system. After waiting for 30 min people were still waiting and more reservations were still coming in. People started to get sat that came in after us. After waiting for an hour past our reservation we went to ask where we were in line. One of the staff said “these people had a reservation at 7:15” and my husband had to speak up and say “our reservation was at 6:45”. We were finally seated after that but the whole restaurant felt flustered, too busy and overworked. I certainly understand when there are call offs it makes it harder on every buddy else that is working but you have to learn how to not let your guest feel that.

    Even with reservations we waited a good 40 mins for our table. Our server was rushed and asked what we wanted to eat as soon as she came over. I don’t know if it’s just at the West Chester location, but the we felt like we were really packed in, with the tables on top of each other. The calamari and egg rolls were excellent. The beef in the beef and broccoli and the chicken in the Lo mein was dry and overcooked. Overall a disappointing experience.

    We were disappointed that we had to wait 25 minutes for our table even though we had a reservation. We also specifically came to have some sushi but when ordering were told you were out of sushi. We then instead ordered pad Thai and were again told you were out of pad Thai noodles. Kind of a bummer of a night.

    Even though we had a reservation, it took twenty minutes to be seated. They were out of sushi rice, so we couldn’t get one entree. Then one entree came out burnt. The waitress was really great, and she had a new one out in minutes, but overall not our best P.F. Chang’s experience.

    It took well over an hour to get our food. Drinks were wrong, and they took them back to get the right ones. One persons food came out well after everyone else. It was just not a good experience and no manager to be found?

    Have been to this location many times. But, this experience was the worst. The wine tasting took far to long, the server was ignoring us, was talking excessively with the couple down the bar. The food was only average this time. My wife ordered a simple hamburger done med. but was done well. Return it and they brought out another even more well done. They did fix the check, but disappointed overall.

    We go back and forth on our live of PF Changs. Right now, we feel they are doing a great job and have been there several times lately. It has been consistently good from a dine in perspective. Specifically, yesterday, the food was great! I especially love the spicy noodle soup… highly recommend! Dining and restrooms very clean. Service was outstanding, Brittney was so nice! Music volume has consistently been much too high and a bit annoying, feel as though you have to shout over it so conversation is an effort. I know others have complained in reviews as well… I hope management is able to work through this an make adjustments, it would help ambiance score and noise level as well. But, we will still be back soon!

    I took three grandchildren with me. Everyone loved their food. Wait staff were very good.? My only complaint is the music was a little annoying, and perhaps a little loud. Otherwise, all was very good.

    We had very poor service on this visit. We were not greeted by our server for 25 minutes after we were seated..we continued to have to “find her” for water, our check etc. The restaurant was not crowded so it was very odd..food was just ok, definitely not as good as normal. Makes me sad because we always loved this location. It seems to be struggling:(
