   This was the worst meal I have ever been served by P.F.Chang’s. The only thing worth eating were the duck spring rolls. The crab wonton was burnt with hardly any filling, the orange duck was so heavily breaded that it was hard to find the chicken, the fried rice (for which we paid $9 extra) was burnt tasting, had golf ball size clumps of rice and had no flavor (except for the burnt taste) and the beef and broccoli wasn’t any better. I brought leftovers home and when my son tried the rice he said it was horrible. I think we should be compensated for this meal. On a bright note: the coconut mojito was fabulous.

   1st visit - we shared the chicken lettuce wraps (just ok and messy), fried dumplings (delicious and interesting serving presentation), spicy chicken with white rice (also very good), and banana spring rolls with ice cream for dessert. It was a filling meal even sharing all of these courses. It was a nice change of pace from our norm. Our server was excellent in helping us choose.

    Disappointed that we had to ask for finished appetizer and meal plates to be removed before meals and deserts were added to our full table and the servers delivering the food seemed annoyed that we asked. Food was great! Love the new decor. Hate that guests are being asked to use QR codes to pay. I used a gift card and it was not deducted from the receipt. I would have paid more if I did not notice. I also dislike automated tips. Your servers are being shorted from guests like myself. I routinely tip a minimum of 20% but it infuriates me when restaurants try to sneak a tip in. Have not been here for a while. Felt more like a number instead of a guest. Probably will only order take out in future since I’m doing most of the service work.

    We had a reservation and was seated right away. The service was wonderful, the food and portions was great and enjoyed the entire dinner experience. It had been some time since we had been to a PF Changs and was very glad we got to dine in. Highly recommend.

    My family and I were sat next to a family with four children. The four children ran through the restaurant the entire time. They crawled on the floor underneath the tables, they were very loud and screaming, they moved their chairs around and their chairs kept bumping us. Not one adult at that tank said anything to the children at all. Not one employee addressed the family at all. My sister had a very long piece of hair in her food. The waiter was very apologetic, but the chef didn’t believe her. The waiter came back to our table and stated “the chef needs to see the hair”. It was an overall bad experience

    We had the best waiter. I think his name was John. So personal, took care of our needs as far as butter, and boxes to take home our leftovers. Wonderful experience

    This was a date night and P.F. Chang’s in one of our favorite restaurants. As usual, their customer service was 10/10, our waiter was so sweet and ensured quality service. The food was also 12/10, their wontons will always break the scale.

    The wait staff lacked formal training. The waiter brought a bottle of wine and didn’t have us taste it first as most restaurants would have before serving it. The wine glasses were filthy. We had to request clean glasses which should never happen. My mother’s ribs were clearly overcooked and the waiter should have recognized this. No follow up on meal satisfaction. My mom approached the manager about our dissatisfaction. He did attempt to compensate by giving us a gift card to return. Having been there before, I am assuming this is tied to lack of help and new help so we will give them another chance.

    Cyara was very nice and made sure my friend and I had a wonderful time, abs was kind to check on an entree due to meal restrictions I had, and the food was awesome, definitely recommend the oolong sea bass... thank you so much!

    The hostess didn’t cover her nose with her mask. And two or three times she came within 1 foot of my face. To talk to me. That was very irresponsible and dangerous.//The noise level is too high that’s damaging to the years. The food was great, although it was too salty. You should leave salt and sodium to customer discretion. But the fish was fantastic and the bar service was fantastic

    It felt like we were being rushing they entire time we were at dinner. We had 90 minutes there but i felt like we were only there for maybe an hour so we didn’t even get our full time to enjoy our dinner. All the food we ordered came out in less than 5 minutes which made us believe that it wasn’t fresh and that it was already cooked and just waiting under a heater for someone to order it. The check was brought out before we even got our dessert. And we had to ask for dessert we were never asked if we wanted dessert and to see the menu.
