   3 of us dined here to celebrate my birthday and we had a great time. The food was delicious - I had the beef carpaccio and the truffle risotto. The service was great, we could not fault anything with our evening here except I wish it didn't need a QR code to see the cocktail list. This was the only irritation for me and would not stop me from going back.

    Booked for an anniversary dinner & was reached out to by Alberto beforehand to arrange a special gift for us both which was a lovely touch. Service was sharp & attentive, the décor & general ambiance is stunning. Food was amazing & decently portioned so for the price in a special occasion was perfect.

    had such a good experience over all, staff where so accommodating and couldn’t have done enough, the food was overall mediocre as we paid £30 for dish of pasta and where changed an additional £12 for truffle shavings that where not mentioned to be this price so where £42 for pasta which was basic so left felling a little underwhelmed with what we got for price !

    Disappointing dinner. Myself and a friend booked here to celebrate the festive period. Our starter came out 3 minutes after we ordered it, which I can understood as it was a cold dish. As soon as we finished that and it was taken away, our main arrived. Given that we ate the main and had the table cleared 42 mins (I checked!) after sitting down is incredibly odd - we ordered a bottle of wine and wanted to enjoy a leisurely dinner catching up. We were immediately given the dessert menu and asked about ordering 3 minutes later - at which point we said we’ll need at least 15 to actually take a breath and enjoy ourselves. The food was disappointing- pasta was overtly creamy and bland, not particularly hot. Combined with the speed of delivery it made us wonder whether it was made fresh for us. The space is very beautiful but I think that’s what the restaurant is banking on. Would not recommend.

    Service was so good, very fancy, had to go up to ask for the bill after waiting for over 30 mins and had to keep check what gins there was but also bought over a selection in the end so that was good. kept our water topped up which was a lovely plus. Food was delivered very fast, had a carbonara which was nice but the bacon was very chewy so it wasn’t really worth the price, also brought out a free appetiser of different breads and spreads before food which was lovely. Overall had a good experience, would recommend and would definitely go back

    Very good welcoming, nothing to say about the level of service. But when I had to wait 45 minutes for my main it's just too much. I appreciated that the waitress came to apologize even before I asked where my food was. Then when my pasta arrived, one of the supervisors asked me if I wanted more truffle on my pasta (after having grated literally 4 pieces of it). I say "ehmm yes please, I've waited over 45 minutes for this!"...at least you shouldn't make a problem of grating more truffle to apologize for being so late! Anyways, the pasta in the end was awful: it was literally like eating pasta and cheese, that's it. I had to season it myself because even pepper was missing. Those kind of spaghetti were so thin, almost noodles looking, and overcooked a bit. The portion itself was very small as well, it did not get me full!

    Had a lovely evening celebrating my anniversary with my boyfriend. We received anniversary gifts on arrival and were frequently asked how are days been and our plans etc by various staff members. I had the truffle pasta and it was just the right amount of truffle! Extensive wine list and lovely atmosphere. Will definitley return!

    We visited at Christmas with tree, lights and decorations up, so ambience was especially warm. However even without, the restaurant would be impressive. Service impeccable and helpful, and the food was superb. We each chose different dishes and were all delighted. We will be back.

    Disappointing. This restaurant has a draconian reservation/cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within 24 hours your credit card will be debited in the amount of £25 per head. I booked for 6 people. We had a few people drop out so I changed the reservation to the next week. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we could not go the next week. When calling the restaurant 2 days before, we were told to either change it to another day or get charged £150. There was no moving from this decision no matter what we said. We were held to ransom and had to eat at this restaurant. This does not create a feeling of wanting to eat there! So as we had NO CHOICE we went yesterday. The food was not great. It was very very salty and uninspiring. One of our diners had a piece of plastic in his food. Staff dealt with this diligently but it was not a good experience. We left feeling deflated and with the view that we would never go there again. Perhaps a rethink of your cancellation policy is in order. One good thing was our waiter. He was friendly and very helpful. He was the only positive out of this experience.

    What a gem of a place. Beautiful restaurant with food to match. The waiters were attentive and helpful with the various suggestions and seeing some of the dishes prepared on the tables around us was great theatre. The girolle mushroom pasta was the highlight of the night. A perfect dish. Thank you, will definitely be back!

    First time here and certainly won't be our last! Service was absolutely impeccable, professional and attentive yet not intrusive. We were difficult as had booked for 2 and there were 3 of us but by some juggling, we were accommodated. The restaurant was full with a private party on upstairs so the atmosphere was great, buzzy without being too loud. Some of the dishes had started running out so the waiter advised us. Starters all excellent - carpaccio of beef, Arancini and zuccini. We then had 3 different pasta including the Tagliolini al Tartufo - which was delicious although could have done with more truffle. We were celebrating a birthday and the restaurant provided personalised coasters and a gift at the end of the meal. I will be back very soon to this great place.

    Too expensive for what they offer, the food was ok but not great. The desert wasn’t fresh, I ordered an Italian desert that wasn’t anything special even if the place is Italian. 15% tip already added on the bill looks way over the top

    I met a friend here for lunch. Despite the building being very formal it was friendly and not austere. The food was good, and when I left my phone on the table they chased after me down the road to return it!

    Booked for my partner’s Birthday, the restaurant asked what the occasion for the booking I said it was a birthday so they said they’d do something for it, when we arrived they had coasters on the table with his name with birthday wishes on, also we had a little birthday candle for him to blow which was sweet. Service was a little slow, although friendly, menu wasn’t your typical Italian as I didn’t go through menu until after I booked which was wrong of me, but food was still outstanding of what we ordered. Our shared starter was divine and enjoyed very much.

    Wonderfull stay but we reservated the table 2 weeks before coming and got one in front of the door, so it was very cold, when people came in. But we enjoyed our stay ! Will come back
