Great food and beers. Felt very comfortable with how much care and attention had been given to socially distancing all of the tables and the PPE that all wait staff were wearing. Great job!!! Looking forward to our next visit.

We have never been disappointed with any part of our experience. The staff is top notch; friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and the food is always incredible. One of my favourite places to go for date nights.

No atmosphere, there was maybe one other party in the restaurant. Big change from when it first open and was under the management of the owners. Won't be going again.

Really great dinner! The pizza was awesome and the beer just as good! Can definitely notice a major difference since new management came in!

Great food and service. Beer on point. Even though the restaurant was half empty due to social distancing, the noise level is still really high and it cam prove difficult to have a conversation at times. Well worth a visit and we will definitely return. Great local restaurant.

I made a special request for a date night setup and it was absolutely perfect.

Great pulled pork. My partner had the fish and chips. Reported as excellent. Beer was super. Bought extra to bring home

Pretzel was wonderful - the beer mustard dip was delicious!
The spinach dip was a little thick for my taste, but the chips/pita served with it were well prepared and there was enough to go around.
The bruschetta was also very good.
We also had a build your own pizza - fantastic crust I don't think you could go wrong

Came for a weeknight dinner with my family and we all really enjoyed the food, service and ambience. Great pizza! Excellent service. Would definitely go back.

Everyone kept their distance and were very friendly. Loved the decor, and table were set at a good distance from each other. Our waitress was quite friendly but we wait some time for service and meal. I did have to wait to get milk and sugar for my tea and I had to ask for it. Love the carrot cake but felt the slice was a little small.
I will try it again and compare the two experiences.

What a different experience since some hands have changed. I went for dinner with my Dad to celebrate my sisters birthday who passed away in December and our waitress was Awesome! It was a great evening and my Dad even purchased some beer before we left. Thanks for making our night memorial.

Our party of 8 was celebrating my birthday. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks, and the setting was perfect.

Hey, I am a busy business owner myself at Envious Lips & Locks and when I got a chance to go out for dinner we decided on Pye Eyed, I had heard mixed reviews from this and that and new management but we were pleasantly surprised with our meal it was very very good we order Carbonara and Cheese tortellini for mains and Spinach dip and battered mushrooms for apps, it was all very very good and most of all LOVE LOVED the red wine sangria :) <3

Suggestion for Erastus: Invest in a pile of those plastic wasp traps and hang them around the patio.......they work! The wasps were the only thing that detracted from the night (I know it’s that time of year but I’m allergic! ). Otherwise great music......dinner was very good......enjoyed chatting with your new brewmaster. 👍

I booked a reservations for the patio, but it was a pretty cold day and I called an hour early to change it to inside and they had been proactive and saved a table Inside on the reservation list for us already.
Waitress was lovely and efficient.
We had 2 apps and 3 different meals at our table, all good!
Overall, a great experience!

The atmosphere in the Pie Eyed Monk was great. I found their beers, especially Olde Gaol to be flavourful. Also tried and liked First Response beer on tap. These beers are brewed by their brewmaster. Found was great. No cheap ingredients and great value. I took some home in styrofoam as portions were significant

Two out of three dinners were good. An overcooked pork chop and very overcooked veg practically floating in a pool of sugary balsamic reduction of some sort wasn’t very pleasing.
Service was good. Patio seating has a very caged in feeling, the fencing used is construction site fence a little odd and unwelcoming.

Lovely dinner at the Monk. It was my sister’s first visit, and she was extremely pleased with her mushroom pizza. We had a question about what “IBU” stood for, and along with an explanation, we were served samples to illustrate the server’s answer!

Overpriced for sure. Food was average and nothing to get excited about. Patio was great and modern and clean.

Great to be able to have a patio dinner with good quality food and friendly service.
