Piero's Italian Cuisine

The garbage salad and the Osso Bucco is a home run everytime! Ryan in the bar was great! I love Pieros! Also saw Evan giving some new pasta dish to a local to try. It’s always a cool vibe at Pieros! You never know who you’ll see!

7:30 reservation and seated 45 minutes late
Disappointed

We were not seated until 45 minutes after our reservation. I have eaten here MANY times and this has never happened before. For whatever reason things were just off on this visit. I will try again in a couple months when I return for business.

New chef is not as good as the old chef. Portions are smaller. Pasta dish was served with squid ink pasta which not on the menu
Service continues to be great

Friendly staff and pleasant surroundings. Some dishes were better than others.

I am a local and this is my favorite restaurant in town so when I have a guest, this is my go to place. And, it did not disappoint.

Always have a great meal and night out at Piero’s. Service is always excellent too. It never fails to please.

Disappointed, I brought my team because I've been there before & enjoyed it. Our main waiter did not take care of us & kept getting lost & just did not care. His support Ladies were great! We had the pasta special, we waited an hour & when we got our food the noodles were tough & not cooked. I hate to see an old standard go down in food & service.

Piero's relies on its past reputation. The food is mediocre. On the most recent visit, two of us had eggplant parmesan, which was served lukewarm with watery tomato sauce. A plate of pasta puttanesca had little flavor. House salads were oily. A Caesar salad was passable but poorly done. We were originally seated in a larger, noisy room next to the kitchen. After requesting a different table, we were seated in the bar, which was quiet. This is not the best dining venue in Vegas for good Italian food in Vegas.

Not what it was. And it is a shame.
I requested a table in the bar area. The owner, Mr. Glassman, (I think) told me the bar makes up only 7%. Then why was HE having dinner with is three kids and wife when I was waiting over an hour at the bar??Not right. And not the way to treat a client that has been going to this establishment for over 20 years.
Then the food, served cold, and tasteless. Big disappointment. Service was great, as usual from Frenchy, but what has happened in the kitchen? Will not go back with so many other great choices in Lost Wages.

Amazing food and great place to impress friends and potential clients

One of our guests ordered a plate that supposedly takes longer than normal to deliver, so she put it in ahead of time. She eventually got served, finished her meal, all before the rest of us got served. I complained to the head manager in charge that night...he could care less. Great food...but I won’t be going back there because of the service, and the wine is a huge huge gouge on price!!!

Best authentic Italian in Vegas. We had 12 people in our group and had a great dinner.

Dined last night. We loved our booth, the food had good flavor but my friends osso bucco was cold for some reason. But our waiter Junior, took good care of us.

I do wish they would enforce a dress code. Quite a few people were really underdressed. They looked like they were going to a baseball game in the afternoon.

Pierro's is a classy place, but doesn't always attract classy people.

It was super!

Piero's was just as we had remembered. My wife & I had not been to Las Vegas for many years. Piero's was just as welcoming and comfortable as we remembered and a VERY WELCOME change from the large, impersonal strip restaurants. If you want to feel special, get GREAT FOOD at a reasonable price, THIS IS THE PLACE!

I have been going to Piero’s since the late 90s. Now, as a Vegas local, I love taking everyone who visits me to this amazing gem. Try the garbage Caesar and the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken- my latest fave.
