We went for brunch, and all of the food that we ordered was delicious. Our server was friendly and efficient. Another member of the staff came by several times to clear our table, and tried to remove our silverware etc thinking our meal was over, but our main course hasn't arrived yet. She was trying to help the kitchen I'm sure though. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Situated in beautiful Union Station, Food is always consistently good. Hard to go wrong if you are wanting a better quality of food.

We attended during Restaurant Week with friends. Our table was ready when we arrived and we were seated in a private room downstairs. The first person we saw after we were seated was the bartender who was patient with explaining the specialty drinks and took our order. Our drinks were delivered in good time and were awesome. Our server was very good, attentive and friendly. Most of us had the crab and corn bisque which was excellent. Four of us had the filet and four had the seafood capellini all of which were delicious! Steaks were cooked exactly as expected. Desserts were perfect! We'll be back for the next special occasion!

Restaurant was beautiful. Our booth was lovely and comfortable for 4. Service was good, but nothing extraordinary.

We didn’t brunch and didn’t particularly care for the menu. Went there expecting more of a meal, left hungry food didn’t come for 30 mins after we were seated

Took over an hour to get our food during brunch. Then she forgot to put in half of our order.
Why do they only fill the coffee cups half way each time?

Joshua our server was fantastic. Very attentive, helped out when a drink wasn't quite right. He made the night thoroughly enjoyable!

It was just okay. The service was a bit slow and my food was not the best.

Wished plates were hot—food cooked quickly; wanted English muffins to be toasted and not much meat; atmosphere dark—could barely read menu; our server was good when he was there; had a difficult time to catch him fir more coffee; coffee was only warm not hot; doubt we’ll return for brunch; outside of restaurant in covered area would have made the whole experience enjoyable.

We DID enjoy our wine tasting this past Friday. Attentive service with wine pouring; would suggest two small plates instead of one; one plate could be recommended appetizers that could be paired with white wines, and the second could cater to red wines.

Such a great dining experience!! So glad Pierponts started a brunch, it was as delicious as all of their other meals! Highly recommend!

The lemon pancakes were absolutely delicious and so was the burger and fries. My only complaint is that for the price the pancakes were very thin and small but the large portion of the hamburger and fries made up for that. Also our server did not tell us that we needed to get our parking validated but luckily the parking attendant was really nice when I told him we had just eaten at Pierpont’s so he let us exit the parking garage for free.

The embodiment of the term ‘swanky’!! A fantastic dining experience where each menu item was prepared and served to perfection. Delicious food enjoyed in an elegant setting. Our waiter - Emanuel was outstanding and so knowledgeable about the history of the building itself. An impressive setting for us as well as our out of town guests. An impeccable dining experience.

Went to celebrate a friend’s engagement and it happened to be restaurant week. We had an incredible dinner. Each course was beautifully plated and served by an incredible server. Everything was amazing

We had the restaurant week menu. It was much smaller than other restaurants are doing. Food tasted great, just don't go hungry unless you intend to purchase additional items after your 3 course meal.

We had an amazing time! The food and service were outstanding! Only thing we would change next time is sitting at the bar instead of a booth to take in the amazing beauty of it.

My friend and I dined here during Restaurant Week and it was an excellent meal. I love the ambience of Pierponts - the tall bar, the setting inside Union Station - and our server was excellent. She guided us towards the crab cake starter, which I enthusiastically endorse.

The only negative in the meal was the family near us, which apparently has not taught their daughter that loudly playing Tik Tok videos at the table should be restricted to home (if at all). Luckily that was only a brief interlude.

Anniversary dinner, my wife and I had a wonderful evening.
