Food is fantastic. Back patio nice. Only complaint is the music - too loud and too 80’s rock

First time dinning indoors after over a year. Place was not packed and well ventilated social distancing was enforced and mask was also worn by servers and people. The menu was limited maybe cuz of covid. Meal was good.

While this place is lovely, a guest sat at her table FaceTiming and talking super loud - it ruined the entire evening. No one asked her to take her call elsewhere or lower her voice. Not the best experience

One of the best pizzas in the bay area. The meat balls are not to be missed. Wine list is simple but what they have is good.
This place makes you want to go to Italy.

Great spot to eat outside. The tables were spaced but the overhead heater kept it warm. The food is always excellent and the staff did a great job of keeping us safe.

New outdoor dining with Covid. Have been twice since they reopened. Outdoor dining is great. Outdoor heat lamps. Food is amazing as always. Felt safe.

We had a lovely experience today for lunch - the pandemic precautions are very well done! There is a super clean outdoor dining area with no touch menus. It’s nice how they add a special side table next to the dining table- the side table is where the servers set down the food and the diners then serve themselves. The dirty plates are then placed on that same side table for the servers to remove. Oh, did I mention how wonderful the food and service were?! Tasty fresh pizza and pasta, cheerful prompt service too. Will definitely come back soon!

Had a really nice dinner outside. We were worried because it was raining cats and dogs on our way there but the outside patio was covered, cozy and cute. Service was great, our server was training so she had someone following her, they were both super helpful and so was the bussing staff. Food was great, burrata, meatballs and pasta pomodoro didn’t disappoint and the wine list is decent and well priced. Overall, a nice time.

Very happy that I made reso and helped launch their reopening night! Mia was an outstanding waitress! Super friendly! Antonio was also a very friendly server. Love to add fennel sausage to the pizza- great flavor! Always a great experience at this pizzeria!

It started raining and they quickly accommodated us with umbrellas. Excellent service and exceptional food. They don’t burn your pizza!

The food is delicious, but $4 for a very small bottle of Diet Coke seems a bit steep.

This restaurant does a great pizza but the pasta, I would NEVER order again. Also the crostini was not true crostini. Very disappointed this time.

Our favorite pizza place ever! Service can be hit or miss depending on your server. But pizza is fantastic.

Dining during covid times is interesting. Pizzeria Delfina is honestly a delicious place to eat. We had the margerita pizza w/ prosciutto and it was SO GOOD! They are definitely trying to make every dining experience a safe and pleasant one. It's all self-service, but they place the items on a "landing place"- and you grab the items yourself. It's very easy and a safe way to dine. The wine was yummy. Although you are "timed" while eating (a couple of 2 people have 90 minutes)- you certainly don't feel rushed. The only downside is not every table has access to a heatlamp, which can feel a little chilly, but the wine helps to stay warmer. I would absolutely recommend it. The appetizers are good, the pizza is delicious and it's nice to support a business during these crazy times.

The calamari appetizer was outstanding--perfect for two or three people to share.

We ate outdoors and the service was good. The Gem salad and arugula salad were both very tasty. But, the pizza was not as good. The crust was charred nicely , but hardly any cheese or toppings. Disappointing for a pizza restaurant

I understand the need to turn tables, but it's a real turn off when we're about to spend a lot of money on a nice meal to be told we have to leave within 90 minutes. We felt very rushed. Also - when I order a "starter" salad, and then a main, I expect to get the salad first - not at the same time as the pizza, or having the pizza arrive literally moments after I just started the salad. Again - contribute to the feeling of being rushed out. Food was great and service friendly, but I won't be back too soon as this is the second time in a row the above issues have occurred. It would be one thing if this was an inexpensive diner, but it's not - it's high end, expensive pizza.

Good use of improvised outdoor space, but a little inflexible on heaters, etc. Definitely would order the arrancini (rice balls) again. Think the wine list could use a little more variety. Perhaps inquire about their corkage if you want wine certainty.

Always good. Always something new. They’ve made the most of our restrictive atmosphere these days and it feels like a special time.

This was our 2nd time dinning our since Covid in March. We felt safe with the outdoor booth & the pass through table is a great idea so the waiter does not have to reach over anyone at the table.

Masks were worn by all. Tables were spaced as much as they could. Would go back if booth was available.

The wait staff were all very nice. They took our drink order, but returned without the water. The Crostini appetizer was too well done with large pieces that were difficult to bite. The chicken dinner was tender, but too spicy. The pesto pasta was delicious, unfortunately it took super long to be served. We asked the waiter twice how much longer it would be. He kept saying they were cooking it and it would be ready soon. Unfortunately by the time my dinner came out my husband was already done with his dinner. We ordered 2 coffees but were charged for 3.

The food was delicious and the service was awesome! Can’t wait to go back

This is one of my favorite pizza places. Their pizza is pretty consistent. We also frequently get their roasted chicken and their pasta. Portions are small, so definitely get a few dishes to share. I also tried the grilled calamari today over white beans. It was pretty good but lacked a depth of flavor and had very few pieces of calamari.

Pizza Delfina set up wooden divider outside with plastic covering. Awesome idea. We were there at lunch and did not see how the outdoor lighting would have been used. Felt safe and away from the crowds on the sidewalk and other tables. Their pizza was crispy and chewy as usually. Service was wonderful.

Gnocchi with summer truffles was scrumptious.
