PKWY Tavern - Rampart

We had a reservation and we were told they did not have room for us at a table so we would have to sit at the bar. This was fine, except part of the bar is lower so I couldn’t even get my legs under it. We were understanding with the current guideline. About 5 mins after getting our food a young man walked in and all the bartenders started greeting him. The bartender then approached us and said that man wants to play so would you mind moving....mind you I was in the middle of bitting my food. After, showing her I was pretty annoyed she then told me the gentleman was going to pay for my food. There were other machines around but apparently he was a more important customer then we were so in the middle of our dinner we had to relocate. I don’t need someone to pay for my dinner so he can get “whatever seat he wants”. We spoke with the manager and she was very understanding. She covered our meal even though that was not what we asked for, it was nice that she wanted to try and make it right. As I explained to her, this was our first time there and we won’t be coming back. I am glad they have a manager who understands customer service, hopefully they won’t do this to another couple.

Hector was great!!! Great beer choices, great service! Food was decent- we had to ask manager to change the channel for a game we wanted to watch because they wouldn’t change to a game when two of the same exact games were playing on the screens right next to each other. But they did change it, so we got to see the Titans win and appreciated it!!!!

I look forward to when Nevada lifts the 25% capacity on restaurants as I look forward to returning with a full crowd, watching the game and having a beer. Great service, awesome atmosphere, will be returning!

PKWY Tavern is a fun and easy place to hang and watch football. Good food and decent prices.

always good vibes there. all the different games were available for all the customers and crowd, as usual, was good.

I still have an issue with the seating in the bar area. All of the chairs have no seat cushions and are very uncomfortable to sit in for any period of time.
The food is good and there’s lots of choices on the menu but the servers are always “distracted” and sometimes have to be waved down to get some service.
250 Beers , but they don’t have my favorite beer ?
I like this place and will go back , I bought my own seat cushion and I like the management there. 👍🏽

The chairs in the venue are horrible !
They’re all hard wooden chairs or metal chairs and they have NO cushions on the seat. Completely uncomfortable!

I love coming here to watch the golden knights games. Ryana is probably the best server I have ever had. But sadly this will be my last time coming all because of one bartender who constantly takes pleasure in making me and my fiancé uncomfortable. It’s terrible. I love everything about this place but that’s to this one woman who has made me uncomfortable and picks at everything I do multiple times i can’t continue to support a business that thinks this is okay.

Our visit was great. We went to watch the hockey game and it happened to be “Taco Tuesday”. Amazing value. All you can eat tacos for $15. The margaritas were good too. The patio doors were open and the lighting created a good ambiance. We will be back!

Overall very good experience. Our server was very nice and attentive despite being quite busy. The only snag was upon arrival. Apparently they had no record of our Opentable reservation. Luckily they still took care of us and all went well!

Drinks were poorly made. Bartender subbed orange peel in an old fashioned with orange juice because, and I quote,"it's the same thing"

Nobody greeted us for 10 minutes. Someone came and just dropped off waters but didn’t say anything. We had to flag someone down to order drinks. Once they brought the drinks they were not specialty cocktails as advertised on the menu. Had to walk to the bar to return the drinks and order beer and wine. Wine was hot not chilled. Once they brought the new drinks we had to also ask if we could order food as the server just dropped off the drinks and began walking away. Food was dropped off nobody came to check up on us. Had to ask for water refill. The fastest thing they brought to us was the check. Would definitely not go back nor recommend.

PKWY Tavern - Rampart is a solid spot for a good drink and a quick bite...extensive selection of beers, ciders, etc...BYO pizza is really good, had ours with pepperoni and mushrooms...chill vibe, attentive service...would recommend PKWY Tavern - Rampart

This place won’t honor reservations made through open table because open table doesn’t “inform” them of it. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience because of it.

Not what I expected. It really is just a tavern, no hostess to check in with, very limited seating (other than the bar, etc). Lots of young people watching sports and drinking. A nice server finally saw us standing there looking lost and helped us find a place to sit and took good care of us. Food was good, but overall value vs cost was not appropriate.

Their patio is a great place to watch football! They have a huge selection of beers.

I was there for the Bells launch, which was fabulous, however the service and food is never great at this location. We had to request servers, and no one knew which tables was theirs. It was busy but no more than football season or any other busy day....

Thank you to Crystal who helped me tremendously with setting up our gathering! She was ALWAYS extremely helpful, patient, and answered all my questions. I called multiple times to ask questions and confirm different things, and Crystal was always very pleasant! I appreciate her making it so easy for us to set this up. Plus, our party was placed in the covered patio area with the pool table and games!! That was awesome! We didn't even know that area was available. We have always sat in the outdoor uncovered patio on the picnic tables (next to the bar). We will DEFINITELY come back to Parkway Tavern for our numerous happy hours and any formal whole staff parties!! I don't remember the name of our server on Friday night (5/17), maybe Ashley? Whomever it was, she was awesome! Took all of our orders in a timely manner, gave us all separate checks with such ease, and overall was great! Thank you again for giving us such a successful outing! We'll see you again!

I always use OpenTable when I can for reservations. When we walked in there was no place to check in and when I mentioned to the waitress I needed someone to check me in for a OpenTable she didn’t know what I was talking about. The manager also was unaware of how open table works. I’m not real sure how people that work in the establishment do not even know what open table is.

Great place to reserve a table for sports game and good vibe but service and food is not the best....

We went with a group of four to watch the hockey game. We were seated outside in the sun where we could not see a TV. I called ahead to let them know we were coming to watch the game, also the waitress was inattentive .

We had a great first time experience! Watched the Vegas Golden Knights win. Free shots was a nice little bonus with every score. Emily made everything fun and made us feel like family. We will definitely be back to ask for her!

A lively place. Beer selection was very good but food was on the salty side.

Unable to give any true star ratings, but had to select something to write this review. Waited at the host stand for 10+ minutes, made eye contact with several employees. Had to walk over and ask the only visible waitress if we could be helped. She informed us we would not be able to enter unless everyone was 21 or older since it was after 9 pm, and asked for I.D. One of our party was under 21 so we were turned away. This was particularly disappointing as we had researched the place and were excited to try some of the menu items. I do wish this policy would have been clearly stated on the website, or we would not have wasted our time driving down.

Great pub food and super attentive wait staff. Grilled cheese and tomato soup decadent. Awesome beer selections included in the happy hour. Don’t usually rate pub food because it is the same old...but this is a cut abI’ve.

We were in during happy hour and the table card showed house wine $3.00. We had three glasses of the house wine and when we got our check we were charged $27.00. When we called it to the servers attention she stated that offer wasn’t good anymore but would adjust our check. If the offer isn’t valid the cards showing the offer should not be left on the table

What a fun and funky place! The Bacon Game was a hoot and the Pulled Pork Nachos - Wow! We will definitely come back again to try more items. :)

Absolutely perfect sports bar. We loved the pizza, wings and sliders. We'll go again soon.
