Prime - Bellagio
The surf and turf was amazing!
We had great service from Danny and his team. The food presentation was beautiful and the food itself was delicious.
Waiter was so hard to understand barely said two words. steak was undercooked not once but twice!
They took the steak off the bill, but that wasn’t the point we went to have a nice dinner and didn’t get to enjoy that, way too overpriced as well.
Second visit and probably won’t return.
I’ve eaten all over the world, and Brandon and the whole Prime crew are the best I’ve ever seen!
Wonderful dining experience!!!
Despite the elegant appointments and exceptional food, felt more like the casino than it did the steakhouse. Not that feeling like the casino is a bad thing but for the price we were really expecting a high-end steakhouse with the food being the focus. Instead, the ambience was more a craps table including the oddly pushy photographer that just kind of cheapened the experience. Would recommend for the food and as a business dinner/lunch but not for a romantic date.
We took our son and daughter-in-law for a nice evening!!
We had a great time!!
Overrated and overpriced. We had an outdoor dining experience and the view of the fountain was fantastic. However, the $70+ filet was over cooked and the manager and waiter tried saying the sunlight makes the inside of the meat look a darker color, and not medium rare which is what I ordered. The steak was cooked to a medium well at best and was really not very flavorful. It was really a let-down as I had high hopes and a referral to visit this restaurant when in town. Based on the food alone, I will not go back, and worse, I would not recommend as a Las Vegas dining experience.
Awesome meal. The crab cake and bacon-wrapped shrimp were great appetizers. I had the spare ribs and they were probably the best I've ever had. Great service, great food, great atmosphere
Overall a horrible experience. Had to wait for a table even though we had a 7pm reservation. The number of people waiting for a table at the same time indicating they over booked the time slot. No room at either bar and the restaurant is exceedingly loud. The food is not only overpriced but came out cold. The bacon wrapped shrimp was not only cold but dry as a bone. There are much better steakhouses in Vegas.
It was good but not as good in times past.
This place was fantastic! The service was above and beyond
Enjoyed a fantastic meal for my 50th birthday...thank you!!
Incredible food and service! We eat here whenever we come to Vegas. Be prepared. It is expensive. But so worth it.
I dined here with a friend to try things from the menu for my upcoming wedding. Everything we had was delicious. The shrimp cocktail was a bland. I think the cocktail sauce needed horseradish instead of wasabi. I didn’t care for that to much. My short ribs were delicious And my friends filet was outstanding. We tied the beet salad and French onion soup both of which were good. We also had the truffle mashed potatoes which were out of this world. The creamed spinach was delicious as well. The Brussels sprouts were way to salty for both of us. I would not get those again. We got the peanut butter and jelly brownie for dessert. That was really odd with way to much going on. Would not get that again.
All in all it was a fabulous restaurant. Very excited to have my wedding dinner here in May.
My only complaint would be that for 2 people we spent almost $500 with tip for our meal, which was fine.......but it is so tacky that the credit card machine is dropped at your table and you are left to figure out how to pay the bill on your own. SO INCREDIBLY TACKY!! I I felt like we were now at Outback Steakhouse. That needs to stop!! This is a 5 star restaurant charging almost $80 for an 8oz filet and you are going to drop a credit card machine off at my table. Come on Prime you can do better than that!
Sit outside to get a great view of the fountains. Our waiter was pleasant and very quick. The food was amazing, the bacon wrapped shrimp is a must. Wonderful ambiance!
Not as good as we expected. The Aged Rib-Eye in bone was mediocre at best, Grisly, overcooked, so so flavor. The side dishes are over priced for what you get. The drinks were overpriced for the quality of the lack luster cocktails. The window view was spectacular, the service should have been better. The waiter had too many tables assigned to be able to provide the quality that one expects from this establishment. It took too long to take our orders from when we arrived. We will most likely choose a different steak house on our next trip to Las Vegas.
Went to Prime Steakhouse to celebrate my son and my Birthday. Great appetizers, dinner was excellent, once we got it, but it took a little longer then were use to. Will be back, love the food and service and view.
Excellent dining experience! Highly recommend! Service was outstanding. Food preparation and presentation was excellent as was overall quality of everything we ordered: Filet, scallops, sea bass and short rib dishes were unique and delicious.
Amazing service and food. Sit outside for the best views of the fountain.
We really enjoyed our dinner. We had a seat with a fountain view, so my wife got to enjoy the show many times. Food was delicious.
We love sitting at the bar...Chris and Jeff are GREAT bartenders....been there for some time and are great at customer service; however, me and my wife feel the food quality has declined quite a bit.
Frequent guests at Bellagio and consistent diners at Prime, this experience was the worst from a food standpoint.
Fishy lobster mac and cheese and wedge salad (how can this be messed up?) was not in good order.
We done all over the US at fine eating establishments and we once considered Prime as one of them. I canceled a reservation to Piero’s Italian to come to
Prime and I believe I made a mistake.
Prime, take notes from Ocean Club, CUT or SW Steakhouse....lots of competition...step it up!
Absolutely the best meal we have ever had! Food was excellent, outstanding wine selection and the staff was top notch!
This was our second visit to Prime. We came back in this trip to Vegas because our first experience was - kinda perfect. This one, while not perfect, was pretty darn close. The food was first-rate: my wife had the filet and I had the short rib. We are sharers so we got a little of each, and both were spectacular. We got a table out on the patio, so our dinner was accompanied by a fountain show every 15 minutes - how could it be better?
My only complaint was that our first waiter didn’t seem to be on his game - in fact he kinda bailed out during the appetizer and his replacement was fantastic. Bottom line: Prime is a can’t miss.
The waiters were very polite! Was great customer service. The steak was cooked perfect too. Best steak I have ever eaten and I always try steakhouses around the world. My friend got ribs and I had a try and wow again cooked amazing and was all off the bone which is great. It was also my birthday and when I was done. I got a plate saying happy birthday with truffles
Service was amazing! Food was Awesome and the bill was crazy lol!! PRIME is the best steak house in Vegas
Absolutely over the top quality. Service was extraordinary. Timing was perfect throughout.
Inexperiencia en meseros
Wonderful service, delicious food, and FANTASTIC wine list!
Ambiance was excellent. Steaks were ok... Service was great
Was vary disappointed in the food quality and flavor of Prime. My wife and I favorite Vegas restaurant is Chef Jean-Georges Steakhouse in the Aria. So we were quit surprised how different the food quality was at Prime.
Fantastic- a must experience!
Soy ginger NY strip flavor was great however it had so much tissue running thur the entire steak it wouldn’t be chewed. After spitting out 4 different bites I gave up. Server tried to get me to accept a filet or some other cut. By then my Jaws were tired. Husbands filet & lobster were excellent. Server insisted on removing my steak from our check. Would definitely return but will order a filet.
great food but inattentive almost curt waiters and even the sommelier.. They were disinterested in our order, our questions and our conversation. .. disengaged and insincere. We would expect more from a restaurant of this caliber. Food was delicious but the “experience” was lacking due to the poor service we received. We will not be returning or recommending Prime to our friends.
A very beautiful atmosphere. A little pricey. Would still recommend this restaurant for a nice expensive dinner.
Prime never disappoints. My wife had the NY strip and I had the Dover sole. Both were cooked to perfection, served timely and delicious. Unlike just about every restaurant in Las Vegas, the focus is on the guest from the moment you walk in until you've finished your coffee (or bottle of wine). Simply a fantastic evening!
The wait staff was excellent and made our evening fun. It was really cool to meet and talk with a Master III Som.
