I came to Prime steakhouse for my girlfriends birthday dinner , we were served by James. He made the night worth it coming from Toronto. Food was FANTASTIC... I used to think The Keg and Red Lobster was the best until I came to this place.

It was great. We went on Christmas Eve. It was quiet and such a beautiful ambiance. The food was amazing and Patrick’s service was amazing and personal. Definitely recommend it!

Went to Prime to Celebrate my kids 19th birthday. It was fantastic and the server Michael was very attentive and seeing as he was the only server working that night made it all the more as he handled everything with grace and was very happy to do his job and made sure we were well stocked with drinks and didn't push us to leave when we exceeded our time slot given for dinner reservations. A bit pricey but I feel like it was worth it we didn't feel hungry the rest of the night and everyone left happy and full.
They validate parking so don't let the parking rate send you walking.
And gave us a free dessert because it was my son's birthday.

Amazing, the waitress that served us knew what she was talking about. They were kind and also took $10 off because we paid for parking when we didn’t have to.

This restaurant is amazing! We were so well treated and the view to the falls at night is breathtaking. Also the food is so delicious. Hope to get back soon !

The food was good, however the prices were a bit high for me. I can get the same steak or salmon at The Keg or Milestones and pay half the price.

Excellent! Delicious food. My boyfriend and I had the Striploin 14oz steak and the colossal baked potatoes.... O.M.G. Mouthwatering! Huge portion! Next time one potato to share. We weren’t even able to finish!! Two Old Fashioned cocktails for $260.00 bucks CND - YES PLEASE!!!!! And the view... breathtaking. Definitely a night to remember! We will definitely return!

Patrick, our server, was amazing. The view was outstanding. Oddly, my steak was overcooked (this is a pricy steakhouse that describes rare clearly on their menu) but taste was good. I did not complain as it would have spoiled our evening and I can eat pink steak. Everything else was fine.

We had an amazing visit to Prime Steakhouse in Niagara Falls. James our server provided excellent service and was bang on with his drink suggestions!

The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing and also safe with their Covid procedures.

We ordered mushroom ravioli and also the chicken dish and both were very tasty.

Came for a birthday dinner and was brought a desert which was so lovely the server was so nice to me.. the drink i ordered was peach sangria and was amazing and i loved the forest mushroom ravioli it was ammmmmazing 10/10

Our steaks, mushroom and mac and cheese were all cooked to perfection and tasted divine! The ambience was perfect for our birthday celebration and we were seated at a wonderful table with an amazing view of the lit falls. At the end of our meal we were offered a whipped cheesecake to celebrate our birthday and it was so light and delicious!
