   Everything about Prohibition is 5 stars! I have never had a bad experience and it is the best place to take a date for Greta food and fun atmosphere.

   Food was overpriced for "fair" food. Cocktails were also way overpriced. Service was fair, not very attentive. The show/entertainment was ok but for as advertised for a Clue themed night that was interactive, it was not at all interactive and barely clue-themed. I used to really love coming to this place, but I don't think I'll come back now. Way too costly for a "meh" evening.

   Food and drinks were very good. The performance was so much fun. Our waitress was very kind but not as attentive as I would have liked - I think it was just too busy and she may have had too many tables to be in charge of.

   Lovely place and ambience for drinks and food. The decor in the waiting room and the actually inside made it feel like the prohibition times. The vegan cat’s pajamas cauliflower was super delicious since they used real cauliflowers. The nachos were okay since we are from down south. I thought it was missing sour cream on it. Drinks and presentation were on point

   What an amazing experience all around! The food was so delicious, the drinks were above and beyond and the whole ambiance was just fantastic. Plus we went on a night with live music. Discovered this restaurant by looking on Yelp as I am in from out of town and what a gem this place was!

   This was a very fun, laid back environment for a business event. The food was good, and the cocktails were refreshing too. My only complaint is that the tacos were stuffed with the pickled cabbage and them with the meat being more of a topping, rather than stuffed with meat with the cabbage as a topping. The meat was a bit over cooked, and chewy for Wagyu, but I would probably order tacos again.

    It's sometimes difficult to hear the server, so be patient. There are no physical menus, so be ready with your phone.

    They gave you a time that you have to leave the table by. 2 hour window. Which I wish I would have known at the time of making the reservation. Our server was good but she wasn’t very quick so our meal wasn’t following the tempo for the timeline. The hostess came to our table and told us we were almost up with our tables time. It was extremely off putting. You should probably talk to our server about that, because it’s not up to us that she’s not coming to our table very often. Also food was just ok. Friends and I were laughing saying that we were getting kicked out. Just very odd.

    It was my birthday, so it would have been nice to have gotten a little more attention from the performers. We were placed on the very end table on the left side and the performers didn’t spend a lot of time over there. I missed a lot of the show just because of where we were sat. Other than that, the food was great (a little overpriced) and the staff was also great. It was a great time and the ambience was good as well, however my seating is the biggest reason for the 4 stars

    The atmosphere was fun however we weren’t notified of items that they were out of until we ordered. Then one dish for the entree came out about 20 minutes before everyone else’s. Overall I would come back for the drinks and not the food.

    Delicious food, lots of vegetarian and vegan options, lots of options for adult AND non-alcoholic beverages…. Great atmosphere. Great service. Cauliflower appetizer is fabulous. Vegan tacos fantastic.

    Was a very cool vibe. Wouldn’t come back for just the food alone. Felt the steak in my tacos were under seasoned and so chewy that my jaw started to ache. Drinks were good though, and we definitely want to come back to see show.

    Very unique decor, great food and drink choices. A little loud so had to hear table conversations. Food and drink quality excellent, for the price the service was a little slow, especially since there is a 2 hour reservation limit. The waiter was great. I would go back.

    I had such high hopes for this place after seeing the reviews. Everything was okay but I expected so much more. The vegan tacos weren’t that great and were insanely overpriced, not to mention they didn’t include a side. The burger was very good.

    I was charged for stuff I never ordered. The waitress brought an electronic signature device without a list of my bill. And she preset the tip to 25% ! After emailing the receipt and reading it later that night I realized I was charged for stuff I did not order.

Looking at your tab I see 2 cocktails, and 3 appetizers. Can you state what you did not order? We can make any adjustments. Regarding the point of sale our tips average about 27% so 25% is default. The tip selector is just above the signature line. You are able to select a different amount prior to signing. If any incorrect items we are happy to correct.

    Food menu is limited but well executed - large portions (the selection is interestingly similar to 8settlers’). Solid cocktail menu - expensive but the mixologists do a great job…that said, there’s only a few wine options, so it’s clear mixed drinks is their“thing”. Servers will rush your weekend dinner service, so be prepared to eat fast. It doesn’t matter how much you plan to spend - your time limit is firm. The ambiance/decor and uniforms is what you’d expect from a place named prohibition. Patrons were dressed casual to special occasion. Unfortunately the people who wear t-shirts bring down the “special” so unless the management creates a dress code, this place will become no nicer than Johnny Rockets. Maybe that’s the goal since SLC is such a casual community. The burlesque was a lively experience (no nipples shown, just cleavage and booty cheeks). Firm No touch policy which is part of the intro speech. $10 will get you 25min and 5 tight acts. The madame said no performance is the same, that new acts are incorporated frequently. This show and restaurant is VERY queer friendly. Very. If that makes you at all uncomfortable, do not come bc it seems like they aim to make this a safe space for patrons who are on and support the lgbtqia+ community.

I was not aware of the other newer items that are similar to ours until now. While I can't say it is an intentional duplication, with variations, I will take it as a compliment that others seem to be looking at Prohibition's menu as a model to work from.     Daughter’s 21st birthday dinner. We had a ver nice booth that fit 5 of us nicely. The food was vey good, service was great. My daughters salmon was a bit over cooked but when the waiter noticed she was not eating it after a couple bites, he inquired. She told him it was fine she was good having loved the risotto. He insisted on taking it off the check and brought her a dessert wishing her a happy birthday. The manager also came by table to check on us after and thank us for coming in. The other 4 meals were delicious. Drinks are a little pricey $$, but creative. Atmosphere was lovely.

    Prohibition has quickly become a staple stop for my fiancé & I when we can make it back into the area. We made sure to get one last reservation the night before we left. The service is always spectacular as well as their creations 🍸

    The food and service were very poor. We got our entrees over an hour after placing the order and when they came out it was cold. My meal was not edible and it was so late that I did not order anything else for the night. While waiting for the food the waiter gave us no update until an hour had passed and we were looking around for our food. He kept disappearing throughout the night and we sat waiting for the food with no water.

    Prohibition返信日 2023年3月3日I did look into the combination of male server, and long ticket times and I do see one table, party of 6 arrived and were served first cocktails and appetizers within 30 minutes of arrival, I do see another round of cocktails before the last course, and the last course time from order to table of 39 minutes, which was our longest ticket time of the night. 39 minutes is long, and I do apologize for this impacting your visit. I do appreciate your comments, and I will discuss with staff.
