Pronto by Giada - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Very cute environment. Brunch buffet was very good.
Everything was wonderful; food, service, bottomless mimosas. And the price was good!
Got the groupon—god deal with it. Excellent service. Will come back on another trip.
Food was mediocre. Bottomless mimosas were great. It was the mimosas that made the experience worth it
This was our second time visiting Pronto for brunch. I knew what to expect- tasty food albeit limited. Well, just when I thought the selection couldn't get any smaller, it did. When we dined there before, there was a cheese/meat tray that was no longer available. Even with the Groupon, it's pricey for what you get. It's just not worth it. Service is very good, but we won't be back.
Food was great. Loved the assortment and nothing was overly heavy. Would go again!
Delicious and tasty food! Specially liked the kale/tomato/pecorino omelet and baked hashbrown! Nice setting for a casual dining. Great service.
Food was pretty good but a little expensive for an upscale buffet. Service was great. Fun experience!
Not much to choose from, in my opinion. Omelette station was the best part, to feel like you were getting something fresh! Hash browns and salads were very dry!
Went for brunch which was served buffet style until noon. This was a very small 1-person, 4-cart affair: menu of 3 different freshly-made omelettes. Or an offer to custom make one for us. On the adjacent cutting board was roast turkey breast and stuffed pork roast. The pork looked good but turned out to be very dry with no gravy relief in site. Opposite the egg and meat carts was another small cart with a couple of different salad options and plain bagels accompanied by a platter of smoked salmon, cream cheese, chopped eggs, onions, capers, etc. Next to that was a cart with several choices of small pre-dished dessert options. I believe there was yogurt with granola and fruit, and some fresh fruit. There could have been a pastry as well, I just did not pay that much attention. There were all-you-can-drink mimosas for an additional set price which appeared to be the draw for people to linger much longer than the buffet would warrant. All in all, it was just okay and a bit costly for the limited offerings.
It is a beautiful array of delicious foods. Champagne packages are amazing
The food was excellent, the service was outstanding.. a definite must visit.
This is not a traditional buffet. There are two stations. The food was unimpressive. Would not return.
Food wasn’t anything to write home about. Not very fresh, except the omelet. Didn’t realize it was only buffet style. Wait staff not very observant—never even came by for coffee refills.
Very flavorful dishes and gelato! I liked the casualness, as we brought a 2 year old with us and felt comfortable with her standing on the bench. It was early lunch time so it was not busy at all.
What a great variety of food items for breakfast. I had the delicious kale and Italian cheese omelet on two visits. Delicious broccoli and farro. Pasta salad was best I’ve ever tasted. They will warm your croissants. Fruits, muffins, bagels and salmon. More than you can manage to eat in one sitting. A very good value in Vegas where everything is high priced.
I just wish my latte had been included in the fixed price.
Casual but elevated and everything tasted curated, fresh and thoughtful!
Everything was excellent! The salmon was great and the potatoes were to die for!
The food was delicious however the service staff is not observant to guests needs, you have to ask for everything...water and more coffee etc, they just didn’t come around and check. The server brought the check to the table and then when I was filling out the gratuity the server waited and hovered at the table and said are you done? I said I wasn’t and she can pick it up when we leave the table. We really loved the food but the service was bad!!
Our bartender was very helpful. The food was buffet style but all
Very fresh and very delicious.
Brunch review: I wanted so badly to love my experience. We were seated right away, which was nice that I made a reservation in advance. The people before us were quite upset they had to wait given the name of the restaurant is Pronto (she spoke so loudly). Once seated we were asked for drinks. It took 3 tries and almost 20 minutes for my husband to get his tea. Waitress kept forgetting his order. The food...I was so disappointed and kind of disgusted. Disappointed bc the food appeared left out for hours (dried up and messy) and disgusted bc the salad/pasta/dessert area was so exposed to the crowds of people walking by and walking up to it. Who knows what germs people leave behind. It was the worst part of it all. I didn’t try the omelets, bc ingredients were nothing special.
Overall, very overpriced for the quality and service. I guess you pay for the name and location. Caesars also had a foul smell of sweaty people and wet dog. Was hard to enjoy eating.
Take away food quality was much better. Service was a bit better. I was asked to get back in line after I paid already and waited for the expensive scoop of ice cream (you would think it was organic). They just didn’t seem happy to be working there.
I so wanted to love it 😔
The service was terrible. Our waitress didn’t really even acknowledge we were there. She only came by one time before she brought the check. Also, the prime rib was very bland and dry. I was told a soda was not included in my meal but a mimosa was. I would definitely never recommend this place to a friend. I saw five different people who appeared to be chefs and not one of them said one word to me or my friend. We both said hello and they gave us a disgusted look.
We had reservations. We stood at the host's desk for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come help us. We finally had to ask someone at the bar to get us someone to seat us. That took another 5 minutes. There was not a very large selection of food. What we had, tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. Some of it was cold. Service was not good. My husband got up twice to ask for salt and pepper. He finally went to the bar and got his own. The food was just average. And the cost is insane for what you get. We will not go back.
Food and service was great. Enjoyed the experience.
There is a cafe and wine bar. The wine bar is behind the cafe and it’s difficult to locate the hostess because the table is so small. Once we figured out where the hostess was, we got a table. The service for drinks were slow but the waiter was kind and accommodating.
The food was amazing, not a lot of food, but what was served was delicious! It was pretty busy and could have used a few more waiters as we had to track them down several times for a refill on coffee, water and juice. Not sure if they had spoons or not as they were not part of the silverware on the table and had to use my knife to stir the sugar and creamer in my coffee. We will definitely be back.
It was very good. Not overloaded with options and that’s ok. What was there was quality. Delicious, I would definitely do it again. Please validate parking
We were celebrating a birthday! They
Good breakfast but service lacked motivation
Booked a Brunch bottomless mimosa for my friends Bachelorette party! Found a deal on Travelzoo! Check if they still have it!
Pros: great food selection if ur not vegan/vegetarian
& if u like omelettes & Italian food.
Pro: no line!! On a Saturday! HELLOOOO
Pro: good quality food
Pro: was seated promptly
Pro: mimosas/bellinis were pretty strong!
Con: Not a great buffet selection if u are vegan!! (Me!) I even called ahead and they said there was a selection. Not really! I ate broccolini and olives and some orzo :(
But nice selection of fruit lol
Overall it was nice and the Bride was happy and really that’s all the matters. Amirightttttt! Lmao
We had a very nice brunch there. There were parts of the restaurant that should be roped off to stop people from walking into the buffet. It’s was a great value with our travelzoo voucher!
I enjoyed my brunch here at Pronto by Giada very much. The staff, the ambiance and the food were excellent. I'd recommend this restaurant to everyone. The experience there was wonderful.
The quality and selection of food was terrible. The breads and meats were dry. The Service was poor. Had to get up to find sugar then salt and pepper. Worst and smallest selection of food I’ve seen at a buffet in Vegas.
