Was not aware by the time I’d be arriving certain events would be closing. So didn’t get to bowl like myself and friends thought we could, we just ate...
The food was great. The watermelon drink was amazing! The bowling was very fun! The atmosphere was great! I will be returning.
I was there to celebrate my birthday. We had to keep flagging down our server, she didn’t offer any insight on the menu when asked and when the bills came she charged my friends for a $20 drink that she neglected to explain the price about and when there was a question she didn’t apologize about her mistake nor did she offer like additional guidance or a correction. There was another question about another persons bill and she was very rube about it. The food was okay and the pool game we played was funny but the woman service was absolutely trash.
Our chicken for the chicken and waffles was a tad overcooked and it didn’t taste fresh.
Our waitress was rude. She was not attentive and did not mention that last call was at 9 and gave us our check at 8:50 without asking if we wanted anything else
I really liked the setting a lot. They had good offerings for activities to partake in following dinner. The food was actually very good but the service was extremely poor. Our server has zero personality and was not friendly at all. She never asked if we were done with our food just came by and grabbed dishes, which resulted in our food being taken away before we were done eating. My daughter went to the bathroom and came back asking where her food was and all I could say was the waitress just grabbed it and walked away. Super cute place and fun offerings but the wait staff we had definitely needs some help.
The chicken and waffles need a revamp. The bourbon syrup was not that good and the chicken was very heavily breaded. The large portions were good but food over all was ok.
Punch Bowl needs a better system for reserving activities.
My husband and I were so excited to try this place, but left disappointed. The atmosphere and vibe was great, but that’s about it. There wasn’t many people at the time we went & My food came out cold after a 30 minute wait. I had it sent back and The waitress had an apparent attitude at that point and said nothing, just took the plate and walked away. After another 25 minutes or so, my food finally came after my husband had already finished eating (which I advised him to, because I didn’t want his food to get cold by waiting on me.) Another staff member did come apologize for the inconvenience and gave me a free drink which was nice. Overall, the staff isn’t very friendly aside from the one gentleman who checked on us and gave the drink. The food was just okay in my opinion, even when I recieved it fresh. Maybe we’ll try again at a better time. But this experience was a turn off for sure.
Called early and was told I didn’t need to make reservations because Sundays are usually slow. When I got there I wasn’t able to play games and it was two hours before closing. The food and waitress were awesome but the person that answered the phone lied.
First I must say you guys made a year of tragedy for me turn out to be SUPER,FANTASTIC!!! CHUCKY AND MINNIE? AND THOMAS OMG I CAN'T RAVE ENOUGH ABOUT THEM!!!!This was my 50th b-day I chose to not have a big celebration but you guys went over and above for me. Thank you soooooooooooooo much!!!
Punch bowl Social in a pandemic is wrong on so many levels... social is in the name. But they did what they could with it and really made our dining experience a positive one. The cocktails were delicious & reasonably priced & the food was divine. I’d recommend the Mac & cheese or the carnita tacos.
i HAD A GREAT TIME AND THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! I DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK AND I RECOMMEND YOU VISIT TOO!!
Terrible poor customer service very rude staff couldn’t play any games
Ordered Mac and cheese for $13 it look more like a side order than an entree. The burger was good but tasted the same as something you could get from a fast food joint. Great atmosphere but the portion sizes are not worth the price
Great experience and service was amazing!
Service was horrible. When we first got in had to wait 3-5 minutes before being let upstairs. When we did get upstairs no one directed us on anything. It wasn’t until my mom began to walk towards the back that we were told to wait and they be with us in a moment. When someone finally did hello us we had to wait another 5-7 mins for our table. Once at the table we were told we could not stand in the middle of our two tables and couldn’t stand next to our guest. While at the table we had to be seated at all times. So basically there was no socializing. After that the hostess left and we didn’t see any one for a minimum of 7 minutes. My friend and I both ordered a $10 strawberry daiquiri, However what we received was NOT in any way a daiquiri. It was watered down and tasted of lime. It was blended it was poured straight from the bottle onto my glass. My friend who was also celebrating her birthday spotted us and came over to speak. She was instructed to go back to her table as there was no standing at the table. Simply put, I WON’T BE BACK. Thanks punch For ruining my husband’s birthday.!
The Queso and Crab Rangoon Dip was delicious! I'll definitely return
Great vibe! Had so much fun!
food wasn’t great and the games weren’t well maintained (no sand available for shuffleboard, pinball machine out of order)
Punch bowl social had a lot of different games and the space is huge. However the service was not good and neither was the food. The drinks are overpriced for what they are.
loved everything!!!!! The food , the staff, the games all epic. Will be returning.
Don’t use Open Table for this. They completely ignore you and don’t honor it, then you get negative points with Open Table as a “no-show” even though you’re there. I have photos to prove I was there. The food was so good but service is slow even though they are very nice and the drinks are small for how much you pay.
So we went to punch bowl for their blooding Mary Bar on a Sunday. I had a open table reservation for brunch wasn’t sure if it would be crowded. It was not the restaurant was pretty empty at 12:45. It still took a very long time for the host staff to find an empty table to sit us even though they were many around. The bloody Mary bar was just OK I wish it would have been better. I ordered the grain bowl salad which came with spinach goat cheese and also pickled spicy peppers. I mixed everything together thinking it would be OK but the spicy bot peppers were so overpowering that I couldn’t even eat my lunch. Also the grains were slightly undercooked and I felt like I was crushing the grains with my teeth almost like a cow. If I would’ve known that the spicy peppers where Soo hot, I would’ve taken some out of my salad. The dish was so hot I ended up having to send it back it was on edible. The waitress was very nice and got me a glass of milk to settle my hot tongue, And offered to get me something else. But by that time I had no feeling in my mouth and decided not to get anything else. For us I don’t think we will be back. My husband did like his breakfast burrito though.
Awesome food, great atmosphere! Service was great. I had the Cauliflower Grits, and it was phenomenal. Bloody Mary bar was awesome, and delicious. Looking forward to going back! Awesome for group fun!
we waited 30 mins for a reservation that I had booked at 9:45pm. It was ridiculous to have us wait when we had a reservation
The food was SO greasy and made me very sick. It's sad because the food there is delicious but just very unhealthy.
Girls night out. We enjoyed the food, drinks and the atmosphere. It is a neat place to go.
I went to celebrate my birthday with friends. It was last thrilling than I would have imagined but my friend made it fun.
Not a good place for lunch. There were about 10 people in the whole place.
Food was good. Sunday night (kid friendly). Over 20 friends and family had a great time playing games, socializing, and enjoying the atmosphere. Servers were courteous, friendly and on top of everything.
Great place to hang with friends. However, kids were running all over the place which was a bit overwhelming.
The waiter was great and attentive and the food was really good.
When it came time to play games, the tables weren’t clean and the games didn’t even have all of the pieces.
Typical downtown over priced eatery. Portions way out of wack to the prices.just nothing special
We were not informed everything was pre-booked for events; foosball was the only game available that evening. I even received a call early in the morning to confirm reservation but no one said that all games are taken!
Really disappointed with the service. Had a reservation for six people and they tried to squeeze us into a table for four. We had to wait 10 or 15 minutes past our reservation time to be seated and then another 20 before we even got menus. It’s like there was no communication between the hosts and the wait staff. Our waiter tried to make up for it throughout the dinner, but the orders were all mixed up so that only added to the frustration. Honestly, just not really worth it for me. Way to many other places in the area with better food and atmosphere.
The overall experience was great and totally fun. There were a few hiccups with the food service but other than that it was a fun and overall good ambience that I enjoyed.
I have been there over 5 times and will continue coming back to book my parties. Thank you for being so accommodating and for having such a welcome space!
Took my daughter here she loved it we'll be back soon!
Meh. Food okay. The concept is not well done. It was boring and too many kids for NYE. My suggestion is to order in and play your own games.
Place is a fun place to hang out with family or friends. Only issue was the service was poor...it was our first time visiting and the waiter had no interest in telling us about all it had to offer, daily specials, or recommendations. Then was out of water throughout the dining experience.
