   This place is solid. Food is generally good, although I got the Waygu beef and garlic noodles and ordered it medium rare and it came medium well so it was a little tough but other than that it was still good. Music was good, service was good. This place is always a good option for delicious food in the heart of OTR.

   I love Quan Hapa. The tofu katsu and the steak garlic noodles are SO good. Perfect with their iced coffee.

   The menu was a bit different from what we expected and some of the combinations sounded a bit strange. Our entrees were more greasy than we would have thought, although the flavors were good. Our waiter was great, very attentive and friendly.

   Food is always top notch, best Japanese pancakes in the area. Location is great, staff is super friendly and approachable, my wife and I loved our lunch!

   I love the placed. The menu is small but has variety. The food was super flavored and tasty. It has a great adult beverage list as well. We will be back. It is a local gem!

    I'm sure many folks enjoy the food here but we did not. The service was more of a take out or fast food type vs a dining experience. We ordered the most popular plates according to our waiter. The food taste was just too foreign to us. The ginger and other ingredients used was too strong and overwhelming for our palette (admittingly a bit bland at times). The place was hopping and full but unfortunately we weren't impressed with the experience.

    We had an amazing experience at Quan Hapa last night. We’ve been many times before and the food is always great, but last nights dish is something I can’t stop thinking about. Spicy Sichuan 5-way is absolutely incredible! 5 stars, 10/10, chefs kiss!🙌🏻🙌🏻

    Unique, cozy spot. Really good Asian fusion food. Cool atmosphere- neon lights and anime playing in the background. Got a reservation 30 minutes before we came. Definitely my style

    Truly a disaster. To call this “asian cuisine” is an insult. After closing and reopening, the trademark items are gone from the menu. No ramen, no waffle fries, no grilled cheese. Basically italian noodles with coconut milk. Inedible. We left with food uneaten after flagging down 3 waitresses for our check. Go here if you like flaming garbage.
