Queen Victoria Place Restaurant

The Prix Fixe menu is well worth the price. Service was quick and very good. The view from the patio was amazing, able to see both waterfalls from our table. This has been our MUST STOP our last 4 trips to Niagara.

The view from this restaurant was spectacular. The food was very good. The service was fantastic. All around great restaurant.

The food menu was average, the service was very good, the toilets were filthy. I guess you visit this restaurant for the view.

Loved the tomato and red pepper soup as well as the fries. The server was very sweet. The overall experience was absolutely amazing... cant wait to go back.

Been a number of times service was always good-the waitress was leaving her shift so we settled up and left a 23 tip for a 77 bill-the next waitress would not wait on us-not even came once> had to ask another person for a drink and then the bill. Will never return.

Waitress rushed us to order as soon as we sat down.
Ordered the gnocci which arrived 5 minutes later, tasted like reheated frozen which was very dissapointing.
The view was great though!

Outstanding view of the falls, great service and the food was tasty although a bit pricey. The only potential downside, if you are not planning to stay longer than just for lunch, is the cost of parking. Flat daily rate of $28

Overall the food was okay, the waiter took my food and I was not even done with my food.

Our servers Carly and Shawn were incredibly courteous and very kind. Thank you, we really enjoyed our time!

As a side note: the portions are quite big and a little too much for one person alone.

The restaurant is the perfect place for a meal with a great view of the falls. The staff were friendly and quick and the food fabulous. We will definitely eat here again. It is a bit slow right now due to covid but I would still recommend a reservation.

View was outstanding feature! Menu was so-so. Flatbread was bland, flavour less. Hamburger was good. Did like the tomato jam!!

Everyone was friendly and efficient. The draft beer selection was great, and I enjoyed my local brew. The food was fresh, and it was delightful to enjoy my burger on the patio overlooking the falls. I’m glad I finally gave this place a try.

I will recommend it to everyone! The staff are very accomodating, the food is superb and not that expensive, and the view is exquisite! You should definitely dine here when you're in Niagara.

Food was not hot and steak somewhat overcooked but not unpleasant. Can't beat the location and therefore the price was not out of line. Have to remember this is Covid and the menu is reduced, so who knows who is actually on the line? We were pleased overall.

Very welcoming and nice people, the place is very strategically situated to have the whole view of Niagra falls.

We had a beautiful view of both falls on the patio. Excellent service, polite and attentive. Delicious drinks (we got a bunch of moctails and they were all flavourful and refreshing, topped with either whipped cream or fresh fruit)! The food was okay, I wish there was more fish and less slaw on the fish tacos. Overall I would go again!

Great dinner overlooking the Falls. Food was great and our server was very friendly. Tables were appropriately distanced for Covid-19 which was great and everything was super clean.
We will totally be back.

Chicken on my sandwich was raw
The server didn’t apologize just took it and walked away. Manager came over and asked what I wanted to eat and only comp my meal after I just ate half a raw chicken sandwich

The spot is beautiful, great patio look out & wonderful staff & service. The food however was extremely salty and both of us felt ill after. I’d probably only visit again for drinks just to enjoy the view, not for a meal.

An amazing evening! Great food and great, accommodating service! Social distancing was upheld well. Loved the view on the patio of the falls! Best dine out experience I had in a long time!

The best view of the falls from any outdoor patio!… Pricing could be a little cheaper but I guess you’re really paying for the view.… The food and service was good. We went during Covid a couple days ago and they are trying their best to give customers the best possible experience given the pandemic situation.

Wine was horrible. Like it had gone bad. Tried two different types. Veggie burger disgusting. But they removed from bill. 25.00 for a hamburger! The view was amazing and our server very pleasant and nice. The building itself is decrepit as you can see driving aroubd the back. Place looks dirty. I won't be back.
