Rabia's Dolce Fumo
Lobster Meat Risotto
Fresh 1 1/4 lb. lobster's meat, selected range of exotic mushrooms in Truffle oil
Pasta in Garlic Oil or Marinara
Amazing. Every dish (everything w lobster) was astounding especially the Lobster Risotto.
Henry was incredible.
Great time! Attentive staff
Good was great but the restaurant did but seem clean. Perhaps post pandemic but bathroom was gross and bite into kitchen looked sketchy
We had the salmon scallop risotto special, cooked to perfection and the Veal Francese, light with a touch of garlic and onion. Also very good. Will return.
Food was excellent!
What a fun place, fun neighborhood!! They were busy-busy-busy, which always means great food!!
One of my fav places in the north end. Treat you like family & it’s just a fun vibe
I made a reservation for 4 people, at 7:30pm, for my birthday dinner, on our first night in Boston. It seems that reservations are really just a way to guarantee customers - without having a table for them. We (party of 4) got seated roughly 45 minutes after our reservation time. There were multiple other groups with the same reservation time who all stood around waiting for a table to become available. People with later reservation times got seated before us, just because a table for, say 3 people, opened up before one for 4 did. It was frustrating to be standing outside waiting until a table happened to open up. Why even have reservations?
Worst of all? When we finally got seated and scanned the QR code to get the menu, the prices on it were MUCH more than the prices of the menu on their website OR the menu they had posted right outside the door - and believe me, I had a lot of time to study it while I waited. An example? The oyster shooter is priced at $5.00 on their site, and $5.95 on the menu at the restaurant. The menu we scanned when we sat down? Oyster shooters were $9.95 - quite a significant difference. This pricing increase applied to most menu items we looked at. Really shady considering you only find this out once seated at your table.
Service was nonexistent. We waited maybe an hour to get 3 appetizers, had 2 bottles of wine... and never got around to ordering an entree. Between how long everything was taking and the price gouging while there, it didn't seem practical to order anything else.
The food we had was decent but nothing special, and nothing to warrant the waits, service, or cost. Truly disappointing experience considering this was our first night in Boston and my birthday dinner. I would not return or recommend this restaurant to anyone. I am thrilled they are busy after the struggles of COVID, but stacking reservations and price gouging customers? Unacceptable.
Absolutely delicious and fun atmosphere. Zucchini Blossoms, grilled octopus, Lobster Risotto and Seafood Ravioli! All super fresh and beautifully prepared!
Fantastic raw bar-Henri is the best!
This is one of my favorite places in the north end. They do not rush you through dinner, and everything, from cocktails to dessert, is delicious.
If you need to eat as much lobster as possible while visiting Boston from the Midwest, this should be a stop. Definitely. MANY lobster options, and, honestly, the roll was one of the best I've had recently and I have had MANY types. I am a roll purist and just like butter, lobster and really good roll. Rabia's is all of that, so delicious. I had the expensive but worth every penny 1.25 lb. lobster out of shell on mushroom risotto. Truly perfection. Also loved a stuffed zucchini blossom special appetizer, the large variety of oysters, and eating someone else's cioppino.
Amazing food and drinks!
Took my mother to dinner for Mothers Day and had a fabulous time. The food was great and our server was on point with recommendations and understanding of needs. We had a nice relaxed dinner with the owners also being attentive and stopping by to check on us. The only drawback was waiting when we first entered we stood waiting for someone to acknowledge we were there, we were a little early for our 6:15pm reservation and the place was fairly empty but we were basically ignored by staff who were standing around talking to each other. So while it definitely started on the wrong course it improved quickly when we were finally seated
The food are delicious and the service are excellent!
As soon as you walk in you’re treated like family. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. All food is phenomenal! I recommend Rabia’s to all my family, friends, and acquaintances!
The kitchen was backed up and we had to wait a half hour for a table wound up sitting at the bar
What once was a nice quiet Italian spot has now become overcrowded with tourists and discovered.
Wonderful food, excellent atmosphere, strong drinks, and all around excellent time. Cant wait to return.
The owners are unbelievable hosts, every time I go here I feel like family. The food is delicious with generous portions at good prices. The cocktails are also top notch...all around great place!
From the oysters to the Italian wine and the best bone in rib eye I've ever had wow! The owner was awesome and took the time to chat with us and we will be back.
the drinks were amazing, along with the food. Thy will make you whatever you want, even if its not on the menu!! highly recommend. Ton of fun and great people
AmazIng restaurant, great ambience. Christian treats everyone like family. Huge portions. Everything we had was amazing, including Apple Ravioli’s, who knew they would be so good. We recommend this to anyone in town.
I really liked this place. Great food, fun easy going
This is our favorite spot in the North End. Great food, awesome staff, always a fun time.
Great time, they had us feel like family :)
Excellent service and great food! Very friendly staff and attentive to our needs.
We had a reservation at 7:30 and arrived to the restaurant at 7:15. We were a party of 3 and didn't get sat at a table until 8:40. The host lied to us multiple times and would say, "When that table leaves, you'll be sitting there," but then seat a different group there. They would sit couples at tables for 4 or 6 so there were multiple 2 tops available that we couldn't sit at because we were 3 people. On top of that, tables were not even close to 6 feet apart and servers weren't wearing their masks correctly.
The food was not worth the wait and our server talked to us a maximum of 3 times during the entire meal. She would wander off and talk to other tables without checking in on us for 20-30 minutes at a time.
Love it here! The service and food were excellent! We loved the fresh seafood and the lobster bisque was fantastic. We will return again.
The food and Staff are just outstanding!!! I never go to the North End without Rabia’s being my first stop. The grilled octopus, the warm lobster caprese, and the drinks are just amazing!!! Thank you to Henry, Roberto, and Kim who always make us feel incredibly welcomed.
Truly a hidden gem....every single thing we ordered (and we ordered A LOT) was nothing short of delicious, from the drinks to the apps to the entrees to dessert and the service was perfection. This is our new number one spot for dining in the North End- thank you for a memorable evening!
Amazing food and service
Food was great and tasty. Drinks were amazing as well. Our waiter was great and very nice and attentive. The owners were fun, kind and attentive. They made us feel so welcome. You must eat here.
My hubby and I dined at Rabia’s for the first time on Valentine’s Day. We arrived on time for our reservation but unfortunately, we didn’t get seated til about a half hour later. That was a bit upsetting. However, the deliciousness of the food and the drinks totally made up for it! We were both very impressed by the great presentation, wonderful choices and such amazing flavor! Honestly, we thought the wait would turn us off to the point where we would never consider coming back but after that yummy goodness, oh no! We will certainly be back! LOL!!! It was a near perfect dining experience, one that we will never forget!
The best Italian food we have had in the North End!!!! Everything was AMAZING!!
Food is always amazing as is the service. Great date spot! One of my favorites of all the North End.
Went out with my wife for Valentines Day. I refuse to order red sauce when I’m out to dinner, because nothing is better than home cooked. Well, I’m glad I took a chance at Rabia’s, because it reminded me of eating my Grandmother’s sauce. Everything about the place is amazing and Christian is a great guy. Can’t wait to go back! Thanks for the hospitality.
Had an excellent night. Night before Valentines so reservation was required. Staff were practicing all required Covid protocols and managed a busy night perfectly. We didnt feel rushed at all, we felt safe and Covid free.
Server was excellent. Attentive, polite, got a great amount of attention on a busy night.
We got a dozen Wellfleet's to start with two oyster shooters, highly recommend these to start. She got the Sea Bass special with Risotto, I got the Fradiavolo. Both were amazing. Great spot for a date or special occasion. Can handle small groups of 6 or 8. Will definitely be back.
Great service. Awesome portions and delicious food. Wife and I had a great time and will return.
