This restaurant has the best food I ate in Atlantic City

It was awesome the experience and the food were excellent

The food wasn’t that good. My burgers wasn’t cooked how I ordered it. We ended up eating it anyway. One of my kids didn’t like their meal took it home and trashed it.

I would like to first thank the Atlantic City Rainforest Cafe for ruining my daughters birthday. I have never had the misfortune of experiencing such HORRIBLE service at a restaurant. If I was the manager/owner I would be embarrassed. First they sat our party of 13 into two tables so far away we couldn’t talk to each other. Even though there were several smaller tables they could’ve pushed together. I would expect this if we just walked up but we made a reservation Over 24 hours in advance. It was just poor planning on the restaurants part. The server had an attitude like no ones business. We waited about 30 minutes for drinks, 1 hour for appetizers, and over 2 for entrees. When we asked for a manager she had the audacity to come over and ask what was the problem KIDS. We were all in our late 20s-50s very clearly not kids. The only kids at the table was the birthday girl and her cousin and they’re not paying the bill so I’m not sure who the manager was referring to when she said KIDS?? After being blatantly disrespected by the manager she begins to blame the server for all the delays and said she wasn’t entering our orders to the kitchen in a timely manner. How tacky to blame your staff regardless of the issue. After spending 3.5 hours to receive overpriced mediocre food and drinks we were just ready to leave. However we had to wait another 15 minutes for the waitress to bring out a to go box she forgot, but she kept avoiding our table. She must’ve been embarrassed by her horrible performance? She would make eye contact and then quickly turn around and pretend to do something or go into the kitchen. Even though our server, Sasha, was extremely rude she was still tipped. Would not recommend and will continue to tell all my friends and large family about the horrible service.

Only half of our party were able to dine which changed our entire night. Out reservation was changed from 8:45 to 8:15 last minute which was a huge inconvenience for most of us. This was not a good experience at all. The Good was okay from what I hear.

Great family restaurant with delicious food. Would definitely go back.

Great atmosphere, kids enjoyed seeing the various animals.

I have to say that I was impressed with the service and food, The waiter (Gregory) was nice and explained everything to us right away. Our food came out so hot and fresh that I had to eat every single bit. The restaurant was clean and my family really enjoyed them selves.

Came to AC for a girls night and decided to head to rainforest for lunch. Our server was amazing, very friendly. He even offered to have us take a tour around to see the different animals.

Was a very good choice for a different Thanksgiving.service was great food was delicious and dessert was perfect.will be back.

The Thanksgiving meal was not hot and did not taste fresh.

We got there and had to wait 20min to sit half hour for someone to take our order and food and drinks never came out so we left

Our waiter(he is allergic to bananas) was awesome. I shared my food allergy, he immediately guided me away from dishes with a seafood base even without the shellfish added. This waiter was upbeat and friendly. The food was excellent, better than I anticipated.

Me and my son love this place. We went to the one in Orlando and that was our go to place to eat. So glad there is one close to us.

From walking in to leaving, it was an amazing experience. I took my girlfriend here to celebrate her 25th birthday. The host greeted us with a genuine enthusiastic energy. I had reservations for 12p and arrived on time and we were seated immediately. She gave us the best seats in the house with a view of the whole restaurant to enjoy the ambiance. Wish I knew her name to give her credit. Our server, Bobby, was great as well. We recieved our drinks and meals promptly. He checked in to ensure our needs were being met. When it was time for dessert, Bobby came with our Sparkling Volcano Cake and sang a happy birthday song with a crew. This was definitely a great experience for our first time here. As we were leaving, the host was sad that she wasn't called to be part of singing the happy birthday song for us. I would definitely recommend this place for its unique style and awesome staff.

The waiter took awhile to get our drink order and to even service our table .. Food was okay not thrilled or would want to return for the food. But the atmosphere was loud and exciting with the animals..
