My 1 year old had the best time with the animals. We loved the food and service was great!
Normally have a great experience at Rain Forest Cafe. This one was subpar. Table had sticky sauce still smeared on it. Ordered the sampler platter. The quesadillas and spinach dip tasted as if they were last weeks leftovers. Service was just okay. Never got refills on our waters that were clearly empty before we finished eating. Would have asked but they never came by until we were done eating and by that time we just wanted to leave.
Food was really good. Chicken fried chicken and Rasta pasta were fantastic.
Really just an overall bad experience. We should've listened to the several people that told us not to go there. After talking to a few people afterwards I guess this is just a very known thing. We have learned our lesson!
My anaconda pasta was not as described in the menu. I could detect no wine sauce with the pasta having flecks of pepper on it. I ordered it with shrimp and was surprised to see it mixed in the pasta instead of crowning it on top. Lastly, it was so spicy that I would eat some and then put ice in my mouth to sooth the burning. There was no indication in the menu that it would be so. I assume that because restaurants were closed for so long that this day of reopening possibly put pressure on Rainbow to muster up to what a customer would normally expect.
Our food was all cold and lacked flavor, which was very disappointing considering the restaurant was almost completely empty. It was definitely not worth the price point. Other than the ambiance of the rainforest/animals it was not a very enjoyable experience and we do not plan to return.
Went to celebrate a special occasion (a birthday). This was noted while making the reservation and mentioned to the server when we sat down. The server asked if we wanted to join some kind of rewards club and we expressed interest. She said that she would bring us material about it, but never did. We waited very long for condiments and other items. This special occasion felt like just another day.
Portions were small and the alcohol was way too expensive (also, you should include the prices on the drink menu).
Our favorite destination for birthdays and always awesome
Took my grandchildren here for dinner. They loved all the animals and the whole jungle atmosphere. The food was pretty good, portions are right on for me. I won't complain about service due to Coronavirus. Server was pleasant.
The service was super slow but the kids had fun. Very loud with all the animals so wouldn't recommend for people with hearing difficulty. Nice 1 time visit with kids. Food was actually better then I thought it was going to be and drinks were very nice. Server was nice but took about 20 minutes of passing our table before he even greeted us. And the restaurant was not full at all. Of course these are strange times with COVID so maybe this was not usual for the restaurant.
The service was slow and the food was disappointing. We had the coconut shrimp and the shrimp was over cooked and the coconut breading tasted burnt. We love the Rain Forest Cafe, but this experience has us questioning if we will go back.
Great food and service! Great environment , super fun for kids.
Bad service, over priced food, and the waiter wrote in an extra number on the tip line so it would be a higher %. Thats tip fraud.
Might be a fun place to bring a kid for their birthday if you like to waste money.
We were seated right away when we arrived at our reservation time. But the service was so slow! And this is at a reduced diner capacity! The menu is very small now, easy meals to put together and we still waited over 45 minutes for our food. The women’s bathroom was not attended to—lacking toilet paper in stalls and the paper towel garbage can was heaping and flowing onto the floor. We won’t be back.
Nice experience just food wasn’t the greatest. Was worth a visit though.
First time visit, loved the thunder storms! Food was good, staff was great
Great service and food. It is a fun experience. Would definitely come back next time we are in town.
Overpriced food with bad service. Will not be going back there ever.
Our 2 granddaughters (8 & 11) enjoyed the evening vey much. One of them said it is her favorite place to eat! They loved it when the animals came "alive", and also enjoyed the night sky with Northern Lights. I thought the food was overpriced, but I suppose the atmosphere is included in the price.
Not many customers where there yet our waitress was not frequenting our table much, I ordered a pasta and it was overcooked. I added shrimp so it was 28 dollars. not worth it. My kid liked the atmosphere but basically we paid too much for what we got.
Great service. Food is overpriced and not good
Service was VERY rude! Didn’t bring out all of our food until we asked, no silverware or napkins. But a HOT dish in front of my 2 year old. Never asked how our food was or if we wanted refills on our drinks
Went in with the family for a late dinner and food was great waitress was very attentive and gave us recommendations. My kids loved it and so did I.
Team thought the food was good and there was good spacing of tables. However, On OPEN TABLE you have the option for OUTDOOR SEATING, which is what we selected and there is NO Outdoor Seating. FYI
Table of 6. Variety of food was great and tasted wonderful. Was a fun lunch.
Way overpriced food and the quality wasn’t great. The waitress was sweating from her head and it was dripping on our table. Not overly busy. There were only 2 others families there. Wouldn’t go there again.
Food tasted like it was reheated. The decorations/ junge is way out of date. Nothng has changed in 12+ years. Service was super slow. Way over priced. Will never go there again.
The menu is so tiny! It is an awful version of what they used to offer. It was such a huge disappointment to go out to eat, one of the small pleasures we get in this god awful pandemic, and then to see very little variety. The items on the menu were basic things you could make at home. Waste of time and money, not worth it. Rainforest Cafe is a huge company, they could afford to do a better menu or at least warn guests they slaughtered the old menu.
The food and the service was great, love watching the animals and the thunderstorm, I just wish it wasn't so expensive, other restraunts that offer the same food, are half the price
The price was a bit much but when we saw the portion size, it was worth it.
Our food took an hour to arrive and was cold. Only positive was the manager discounted it.
Fish tacos were not fresh at all, couldn't eat them.
We had a great time! The atmosphere was so fun and our server, Jeremy, was phenomenal! Our entire experience was wonderful!
Save your money and go somewhere else. Our server was horrible.
Poor quality for high price. I would not recommend.
Good experience
Small crowd. Service was good. Food was great. Kids were entertained.
We had an excellent table by the elephants. Cool view and great thunderstorm effects as always. Nice service. Food was better than in the past: Salmon was fresh and artistically grilled. Fried items were crispy and done perfectly without over browning. Tables and diners were spaced appropriately. Face masks were worn correctly by staff. Great dining experience.
We went there for our daughter's birthday but were disappointed that 1. our group, which was one over the six people at a table limit, had to sit at two different tables six feet apart. and 2. there was no indication that the restaurant was closing early, but it made sense when we realized this because our server made us feel rushed. She didn't offer us dessert and then when we ordered the sparkling volcano, it was a quick drop off and check in on the bill. It just didn't feel special like we were hoping it would be. We understand COVID has forced changes, but there were hardly anyone in the restaurant and I'm not clear why a single family can't all sit together just because their group is larger than six. Honestly we probably won't be back from quite awhile, it just isn't worth it given the price.
