Rainforest Cafe - Las Vegas
Dinner was delicious, price was expected, service was great, and kid enjoyed the rainforest theatrics. Nice dinner out.
Restaurant was very dirty. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. Restrooms were a mess. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looked like. Very disappointing. I’ve been to rainforest cafe several times in the past and it was always a good experience until this time. Especially during COVID, restaurants should be extra diligent to cleanliness.
We took our kids here after they spent the week learning about the rainforest. The staff was very accommodating and actually asked the kids what they learned, what their favorite parts were, etc. Then they told us to contact them for a field trip. Great food, the kids had a blast.
The ambiance was great and the food was amazing we loved it
Excellent for a birthday celebration. Service and food like no other
We had a reservation and showed up early, they said they couldn’t seat us early due to the wait list. We know restaurants are having to do 50% capacity right now but they were doing more like 10-20% there were so many open tables. My chicken tasted sour and I lost my appetite. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Great for kids. Food just okay, but good. Service fantastic!
Came to dinner to celebrate my 2yr old birthday, requested a good seat to see the animals. Had to wait 20 minutes past my reservation time to be seated in the back corner of the restaurant. We had to walk around to see the animals. After being seated we waited another 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken and another 10 for our food order to be taken. We received our food, which was alright but had to chase down a waitress to get ketchup and salt and pepper. By the time we left, the dinner took 2 hours long and we were only a party of 4! The service was sub-par. I know they have a limited staff, but I would not go back based on the poor service we received.
We had a wonderful experience at Rainforest Cafe Las Vegas! They were very accommodating with our party size despite having to social distance & offered AMAZING service for my sister in law who has celiacs! The manager came out personally and was very knowledgeable about what gluten and wheat free options there were! Our server was wonderful, the place was clean, we will be back!!!
It was my 15 yr old daughters first time and she absolutely loved it. The waiter who I knew from the last time I was there when the Rainforest was inside MGM. He was still working there and still as wonderful as ever
Great service as always. We always eat here at least once when we're in Vegas. A+, very friendly. Great food.
Went with my boyfriend for date night and sat on the patio. It was nice
I waited 40 minutes to get my dish.
The dish was cold and taste was bad, cocktail was too sweet.
Great place, service was excellent, waiter was great!
Everything was wonderful except - next time we’ll ask for a larger table for two was a bit small
The gorillas are scary
Our waitress was awesome. The dining room was smaller than other Rainforests we'd been to, but still fun! VOLCANO!!
Rainforest is one of my favorite Landry's concepts! However this experience was disappointing.
We sat on the patio was had a nice view if the strip. The only time we saw our server was when he took the order, incorrectly. I ordered the appetizer trio and asked if I could get mostly chicken strips and cheese sticks. He said sure no problem. They first brought the wrong salad that was supposed to come BEFORE the trio and my friend's meal. When I recieved my food, it was nothing but cheese sticks and 3 chicken tenders. My Caesar was drenched in dressing and garlic. The only time we saw Elizabeth, the manager, was when she dropped off my LSC card for points before everything came out. The next time we saw our server was halfway through the meal when we were deep in conversation. I had to tell the food runner about the wrong salad, and how my trio was wrong. He did get me more tenders, he was also nice and pleasant to speak with.
It just felt like we were talking to multiple people throughout the night and not having the manager come back to check on us after our food came out was just like wow okay. Not used to that with all the Landry's concepts I've dined in before.
When we to go pick up or cups downstairs no one was in the store or around. It felt like we were trapped until someone final appeared after 6 mins of us wondering around the floor.
I understand that it was close to and after closing but I'm not used to getting the below sub-par quality service and food we recieved.
We'll just stick with the one in Orlando.
Food took forever. Service was mediocre at best. Food was decent. If it wasn’t for my kids I would never dine here.
We had reservations at Gordon Ramseys Pub but were exhausted and needed a break from walked so we saw the cafe and quickly booked a table as it was early for dinner. It was perfect and the service was great, My son had the ribs and he loved them, very tender. I had the ancient grain bowl and it was delicious too. A photographer came around and took our photo and it came out really good, better than most other places sp we did buy it. The drink specials were good too! Great for families and kids!
It took forever to get food and drinks!! I see why all of ur restaurants are closing!!
Terrible food quality with lackluster service. Would not recommend.
Loud and value for money isn't there. Would not recommend
It was great, perfect place for kids
My doughter love it
I will defenetly recommed
The worst service I’ve ever had
Great for kids. They will love it. Took my 2 nieces.
Had such a great time.
Just wasn’t the best place to pick to reunite with someone to campy food was over priced and wasn’t that good
Unique! The food was good and got to sit outside which was good. Service good and really designed for kids
The food was terrible. Cold, poor product. Tasted like canned pasta. We will never go to Rainforest Cafe again!!!
Waited an hour for our food.
Waiter was excellent
Decent environment. Terrible food. For example the taco salad from rainforest Cafe..... you'd be better off going to taco Bell. Hostess will try to seat you at the most inconvenient table....make sure to speak up and sit at one of the better, empty options.
The place was small but comfortable. Our waiter was very professional and attentive to our dining, but the food was not that good.
This was NOT where I expected to celebrate Thanksgiving, but faced with an hours-long wait at another restaurant, we decided to take a chance. And I’m so glad we did! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was magical and our server was a real treat. What an unusual yet delightful experience!
