   Ate there right before Christmas 2022 and food was great. So we had to take our friends there. Again the food was great. Even though we live in Bellbrook, Oh we will go again soon.

   We were seated right away... had made reservations. Server was prompt, polite, and answered all questions. Food was good .... prime rib buffet..... prime rib overdone but all others at table happy with their food. We went early evening so not yet crowded. Will try again.

   We are locals to Ralph’s, have been excited for them to open. We’ve eaten there at least 4 times with mixed results. This review had 2 out of the 3 meals acceptable, the 3rd was not. Steak not cooked correctly, baked potato not cooked enough. Our server did a great job.

   My son recommended Ralph's for my husband's 70th birthday as he and his family had eaten there a couple weeks before and said everything was absolutely outstanding. We had a group of 9 adults and 3 kids. We were given a great alcove which was perfect as I have a brain injury. Every single meal was room temperature or less except for one kid's meal of chicken tenders. My son's ribs were actually cold. Literally cold. Nothing was even warm, just room temperature. Waitress was great except my husband couldn't get his pop. The birthday cake for him was a nice touch. We were terribly disappointed and my son was embarrassed because he was so excited to recommend it for a family birthday meal.

   The Mayflower Ribeye is marinated perfectly. The only issue with it is that it needs to be seasoned with a touch more salt. The service was a bit slower but she seemed as if she were new to the industry. I would note that the beer seems overpriced by about $1.

   Nice place, enjoyed the entertainment, employees super nice, food is a bit pricey for what you get. We got steak, mine was okay Wifes was a bit tuff she couldn't eat it, just ended up bringing it home.

   The food wasn't very good at all and way over priced. Asked for a second beer that I was never given but it was on my bill. We went with friends and we all agreed we wouldn't be returning.

    Looked like a very nice sports bar and was excited to have a new place close to home. Waitress was very nice, but our dinner started off with “the drink prices are higher than they are on the menu” and when my friend ordered the chicken breast; she was told “just so you know, there is a bone in the chicken breast”. It turned out to be chicken leg/thigh and the veggies were cold and the fries that came with my burger were cold. I had the mushroom burger and it was very good, but not worth the price. The band was setting up so I can’t say what the noise level was like when they played, but it looks like they may have an outside patio for summer dining. I would like to give them another chance, but factoring in value of food received, I’m not sure that I will.

    4p on Thursday Flat steaks delicious taste BUT FOOD WAS ROOM TEMPERATURE. No good way to warm up so ate it cold Steak sauce is really good We were greeted promptly Drink refills offered in timely manner Bathrooms were clean as well as restaurant Issues: Food temperature is an issue. wait -staff should be instructed to remove dishes and glassware already used from table

    Working out kinks, but not too many! Suggest not being first in line. Second piece of prime rib much better than the first. If you don't like dining with children - don't go. Book and go EARLY. Fills up QUICKLY. WE WILL RETURN SOON.

    My reservation requested a low table and upon arrival I was told that none were available. There were several empty tables near the buffet table but was told that they were reserved. These tables stayed empty. We were set at a high table that had no backrest on the stools. My wife and I have back issues and experienced discomfort by the end of our dining. Our server was great and the food was outstanding. Prices are reasonable and presented nicely. Since we were seated in the bar area, the noise level was too high to carry on a normal conversation. We will visit you again but will insist on the low tables. A more pleasant atmosphere in the dining area.

    Absolutely horrible experience. Our server was extremely inattentive, it took 30 minutes to get drinks, I had ordered a Bloody Mary that was supposed to come with a chicken strip and bacon and neither was on it, our friend never received their drink at all. When brought to our servers attention about the missing drink she just said “oh”. We ordered 3 burgers and 2 Mac n’ cheese with pork and a side of mac n cheese. Both macaroni entrees were freezing cold along with the pulled pork and the side of mac n cheese was even cold. They brought us new entrees and they were also extremely cold. The manager never apologized and just stated that they would remove from the bill. We had to wait forever for our food and even longer for the bill. I had talked to the table next to us and they stated that both times they have visited the service and food were not good. We usually believe in second chances, but will not be returning here anytime soon.

    The entertainment was fantastic. We waited 25 minutes to get a drink at our reserved table. We were seated immediately and waited on but then we seemed to be forgotten. Due to this we moved to the bar when open seats were available. The wait staff was friendly. The prices are definitely “hotel” prices.

    Servers are nice and courteous, food is good and portions are good size, prices are a little high but everything seems to be that way right now. Would definitely go again. Only suggestion/request would be automatic doors at the entrance and restrooms for handicap/disabled persons. As someone in a wheelchair it is difficult to navigate and help is needed to open the doors.

    Our server, Missy, was attentive and helpful! The chef at the tomahawk pork chop station was friendly and informative! The food was delicious and the beef filet Oscar was cooked perfectly! The whole buffet was beautiful, everything tasted and looked amazing - setting up everything in a semi trailer was perfect for the setting! I feel the price was very reasonable. We totally enjoyed celebrating New Year's Eve and our Anniversary! Thank you!

    We come for your Thanksgiving Buffet. Our service and waiters were wonderful. Very attentive, friendly, caring and very professional. Our food on the hand was all cold. Like it had all been sitting way too long. The dishes were not even Luke warm. Very disappointed. When you have something like this I feel like you should have been way better prepared.

    Not sure why but hosts were adamant to seat me and my toddler at a high top nowhere near the thanksgiving buffet I’d reserved a time slot for. When it was clear that it wouldn’t work for my son it took some time to get us a table on the correct side when there were quite a few tables available there to start with. The buffet food itself was more deluxe but lukewarm and a little bland. Server was awesome and made some coffee for me, also quick and on top of our plates and drinks. If I was in the area I would give it another shot and try their regular menu.

    We had to ask someone to come to our table to take our drink order after waiting 20 minutes. Everyone else was being taken care of. Half the things were empty. No stuffing. Had to tell them the desert table was completely empty. Not worth the money.

    My Turkey was undercooked. The traditional sides were great. There were no green beans even though they were in the advertisement. Pumpkin roll was excellent. Pumpkin pie or other pies would have been great. Ham was exceptional.

    We had Thanksgiving dinner there on Thursday. I made my reservation for a low top because my 78 yr old mother was with us. They sat us at a high top and we were so far away from the food it was hard on her. The tables near the food were not full at all. The dinner itself I thought was a little too much for the atmosphere of the restraurant. We really just wanted a nice Thanksgiving meal with mashed potatoes, corn, green beans..etc. There was no pumpkin pie, the mashed potatoes were good but all the food could've been warmer. We loved the atmosphere of the place and I am sure for a normal dinner out Ralph's is an awesome place to eat!
