Red Lobster - Brantford

We got the tilapia with scallops, and noodles with shrimp. Fries were cold with dinner and noodles were on the spicy side.

I found it expensive for what we got.

everything was good there was just a table with a young child that screamed and cried through the whole dinner but the restaurant is in no way to blame

Decent wait time. Staff are friendly and polite. Food was great. Will be back again soon.

The manager very quickly corrected an event that could have turned are excellent date night to a crappy night.
Mistakes happen, its how its corrected that matters.

We arrived early on a Friday evening and were seated immediately. Our server was a charming young lady who explained the changes in the menu clearly. Service was efficient and timely. Couldn't have asked for a nicer evening.

Server was nice- ordered as she put it“the best” -lobster lovers feast on the menu and one of the lobster tails was extremely overdone. (Couldn’t even cut it). Told server which she said she would get another one as she could see the problem. Waited quite a while- (stopped eating my meal to wait for it after a while). Finally came and was good but no visit from manager to see what happened, no offer to have a dessert or any apology and charged full price.

The waiter was very funny and accomidating all the staff were. Didnt like the manager was not dressed appropiatly and had no personality. The seafood was excellent but didnt have enough choices for people with seafood alergys my girlfriend is alergic to fish. All and all it was a very enjoyable experience
