Excellent food as always! Good service by everyone involved.
The lady who "greeted" us was short with us and nasty. She barked orders at us like we were something on the bottom of her shoe. Her name was Amany. Beware that if you book through open table for a reserved seat you will be told briskly when you get there that means nothing and that you have to go wait in your car for 15 minutes until they call you. By call you they mean make sure you are paying attention to your phone because it is actually a text. I had not been to Red Lobster in decades, Amany really set the tone for the night by being so rude. Not sure we will be back.

The server was overly talkative. Annoying. I don't need a new friend. The food was good, I will give them credit for this.
The first mixed drink was obviously poured very light. For the next, I had to ask for the alcohol brought separate from the mix.
I ordered a salad as a side. It didn't come. Had to ask and wait for it. My wife's lobster came without melted butter. Had to ask and wait for it. Wife had to ask for a seafood fork. When the manager checked on us, he said that it's a company policy to only bring them with crab.
After dinner, I ordered a third drink and was refused service, for the first time in my life. I let it go, but the manager came by to check on us again. He told us that their corporate policy is more strict than SmartServe. Although he first said that amount of time doesn't matter and that metabolism does, he eventually said that corporate policy is red light/green light at one drink per hour. Seems time-based to me.
Bottom line, poor service gets blamed on Red Lobster's corporate policy and you can't have more than one drink an hour.
I wonder if they pour alcohol light and then cut off customers who actually demand what they're paying for.
I won't be back. Obviously.

I have had not great experiences at this location before but this day was not one of them. I asked to be seated in a quiet (ish) area, keeping in mind this was a Saturday dinner hour reservation. The area they seated us was perfect. The food was good and the service was exemplary !
Dinner was fantastic. We both did the create your own ultimate feasts. Waitress was great, food was great. Seated quickly and it wasn't crazy busy like usual.

I found the receptionist at the front desk incredibly rude and almost walked out!
Parking lot didn't have room and so we had to drive around looking for 10 minutes or so. Once we got parked the rest of the visit went well.
Endless Shrimp - presentation of food is always consistent. Today my first round of shrimp everything was dumped into a plate. Where my other guests had proper presentation. Service was a bit slow but it was Friday night and busy.
Endless shrimp is a very good value. The second time we have done it. There are areas in the building that are noisier than others, we have been fortunate. I have to say, that was a lot of broccoli. Maybe add a few carrots? But still, we had a good time and it was great!
Thanks to your open table reservation we were seated by our reserved time.
Considering how large the crowd was this was greatly appreciated.

Solid as always. Gets busy early, therefore the use of Open Table. Good food, decent service and not crazy expensive.

Even though new staff was just arriving for the day, on mention of Open Table I was seated immediately & an apology was given for the slight delay. Service was excellent, food terrific & we weren’t overly bothered by staff so our lunch was pleasant.
The service was awful or should I say lack of service. Even though I booked with Open Table to be placed on the seating list we waited for over 15mins. We opted to wait at the bar so we could at least enjoy cocktails while we waited for our table but the whole time we were there no one ever showed up at the bar to take or drink orders. Other paytons had been waiting too with no service in sight. Needless to say my guests and I got up and left appalled with the lack of service. Very disappointed!
I find the service is always outstanding here. If you ever experience a problem on the rare occasion. Talk to your server and they WILL make it right! If you have a child with sensory issues this place is a little difficult. There are lots of sounds and smells that could be too much. However let your server know and yet again they will do their best with seating you in the best place possible.
We enjoyed our time. The food was excellent and we did not have to wait long for it to arrive at our table. Our waitress was very pleasant and knew the menu without referring to its contents during her presentation. We will definitely come back to Red Lobster.

The food is overpriced. I don’t mind paying a lot for an amazing dinner, but this was just mediocre. Everything is drowning in butter, And I LOVE butter, but it’s a little bit too much because it doesn’t make it flavorful, it makes it taste greasy and kills your taste buds.
Another fabulous lunch at Red Lobster! Service was great and the food was hot and served quickly. The staff there really make the overall dining experience.
I’ve never been a huge fan of red lobster but my 87 yr old mom likes it. I took her there for lunch and the waitress suggested a new dish. Very small serving for the price and it tasted as though it was cooked in a burnt pan. I have always found red lobster to be extremely heavy with the garlic and although I like garlic I just don’t like it on everything.
Our waitress never came to check on us never asked us if we'd like water never asked us if we'd like dessert was very rushed and not very friendly
It was my husbands birthday and we decided to take him to your restaurant. I am soo glad we did because it was a real fantastic experience and the food was fabulous . Excellent.. I will tell all my friends about our friendly experience at your restaurant.. Way to go. We will return.
I know red lobster is a seafood place. But for those of us that aren't big seafood fans, but come with friends and family... Would be nice if they put more effort into non seafood centric dishes. Even just improving presentation...
The seafood sampler was a really good hors d’oeuvre & just right when shared. Service was terrific even though the place was packed for Father’s Day. No wait at all for a table when I mentioned my confirmation with Open Table. I will definitely use Open Table again if required & recommend to my friends.
This Red Lobster branch has never let us down.
The lobster bisque made both my husband and I sick. The server was a bit rude and blunt. Not a very pleasant experience and will not be coming back.

The place is really run down. They were out of some menu items. On the other hand the service was extremely friendly, though they missed out on the complimentary birthday cake even though I mentioned it on the Open Table reservation and was even greeted by the front staff for it. The table behind us got theirs but my wife missed out on hers. The food was also saltier than usual.

I see no point at all to reserve ‘priority seating’ at Red Lobster. This was the first time I have used Open Table for this restaurant. We were a party of four, including my 96-year-old mother. Although we arrived at 4:50 for our 5:00 pm priority seating time, it was a complete zoo in the restaurant. The waiting area was mobbed when we arrived at RL and all seating in that area was taken. We had to wait for 35 minutes for a table - and yet we had ‘priority seating’?? We had to stand and wait and my poor mother was just about ready to faint by the time they seated us at our table. Priority Seating? A total joke! Yes, the restaurant was busy because it was Mother’s Day but a 35-minute wait? Come on!! They were obviously seating ‘walk ins’ before we were ever given a table.
I will never us priority seating for Red Lobster again. The staff there totally ignored it. Completely DISGUSTING!!!!!

Very busy and no parking so had to park across the street. Used Open Table to get on the list and we were seated quickly. Food was as good as usual but we missed the small salad that used to be part of all dishes, and also the lobster pizza which was a favorite of our friend. Both now not on the menu., disappointing. It seems the menu is adding more items at the higher end with lots of food which is not of interest to us. Service was ok, had to ask a couple of times for items but server was friendly and pleasant. Would go again and recommend, but use Open Table to get on the list.
