Red Lobster - Erie

Using Open Table at this location offered no benefits. We selected 7 PM seating. When we arrived we were told 45 min wait. We advised we had used open table which the host verified and then said it would be just 20 mins. However, it was over 45 min until we were seated. Service continued to be poor throughout the meal! 👎🏻

The booth we were seated in was not clean. Photo attached of the ledge next to our table. 🤮

It restaurant was way too hot which made the experiene less enjoyable but the food was excellent

We always ask for our favorite server, Gabe. This visit we were seated early. Not the usual wait of 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

The welcome desk attendants keep telling us 15 minutes wait for a table ended up being over an hour wait. Would have been better to tell us the truth in regards to the wait time.
The good news our server was great!

Had not been in a while. Service was wonderful and food was delicious!!

• Ambience was great; low light with seafaring decor.
• Seated promptly
• Appetizers and salads came at good pace
• Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
• Entree came out very good

I would recommend this for a mid-high scale dinner

Best lunch I’ve had in awhile! The lunch menu has great meals at very reasonable prices! Our service was amazing!
