Great food and great service. Very clean as well!
My husband loves seafood. I do not so having chicken as a lighter option was nice.
Good experience
The way this restaurant uses Open Table leaves a lot to be desired because they essentially let as many people as want to sign up for the time slot so we ended up waiting the same length of time as if we hadn’t used Open Table. The server saved the day by making it a very enjoyable dinner for us once we got seated. That being said, the manager needs to talk with their employees about their negative comments around customers. The greeters were very vocal about how there were too many people there and they were never going to get to leave.
The last 4 times we have chosen Red Lobster we left feeling disappointed with our meal. I chose the Lobster Lovers Dream. My lobster tail was tough and chewy. I don’t want to waste my money anymore.
We were seated fairly quick. Food was ok...but not correct. Service was not so good, which is normally not the case here. Made for a bad experience overall.
We used the call ahead. They told us 15 minutes when we arrived. It was 45.. People who came in after us were seated before us. Not sure why you have a call ahead service.
