Server was friendly and accommodating! Didnt have to ask for a thing or wait for her to bring anything we needed!
Our server was more interested in “turning” the table than taking care of us. No refill of the biscuits, no refill on the drinks, asked how everything was and said it was “so-so” and she hands us the bill and walked away. She made sure she circled the “recommended tip” part of the bill. Very disappointing!
We were seated right on time. No long waits as I remember from past visits. Food was good. Our server was very good.
Getting priority seating from open table did not speed up. Still waited for almost 40 min before seated. Drink order was late, the drink arrive after I finish my soup. They lost of of my appetizer and it arrive after our entrees arrive.
I sent an email to Red Lobster already. This is the second time we have been to the restaurant where 3/4 of the tables are empty/dirty yet there are still a dozen parties waiting to be seated. We witnessed an employee walking out because “no one here knows what they’re doing” while two other employees chased him outside. No one seemed to care that there were tons of dirty tables and guests still waiting. We left without eating.
Our waitress was nice as pie. But hostesses bunch of snots. We put our name down for waitlist and was told it would still be 40 minutes because of large groups eating. What’s the point of having call ahead seating. Then I asked why is there such a long wait when there were a ton of tables open? Was told we are short staffed with an attitude. This location is constantly short staffed. Maybe you should not be open if you cannot meet demands. Will not be back and will be posting something on website. Used to love coming here now won’t be back. Telling my friends not to waste their time.
Horrible experience. Poor quality food. Tiny lobster, no meat in the crab. Totally over priced
Went to celebrate 6 months of our newborn girl. The service was excellent.
Haven't been to a Red Lobster in years, but happy that I made lunch reservations for a wheelchair handicapped sister who wished to be treated there for her birthday. The lunch crew accommodated our request to tuck wheelchair patron in a less trafficked area & were very patient with taking our orders. Food wait was minimal. Service was exceptional (Marissa) & we appreciated not being rushed along. Your host & another associate kindly opened all inner & outer doors for easy entry & exit. Many thanks.
Food was good, but ordered "all you can eat shrimp", and didn't get the second order of shrimp until after my girlfriend was done eating her one pound of crab. The service was ridiculously slow.
