When we got to the restaurant we waited about 45 minutes after our reservation. They said they didn’t take reservations. First they said we had to wait 20-25 minutes and 45 minutes later they were calling us back.
Great Expierence, but there was a long wait time
They do not honor reservations! Still be prepared to wait 20-30mins and be told that they app is not effective. Essentially you walk in and add your name when you get there. Not ahead of time!
Everything was well- prepared.
Food was good, service was great. A table of younger, very loud patrons were sat behind us which made the meal less enjoyable. We had a 7:30 waitlist time, but still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated.

Everytime we book a time on the app we always still have to wait 15-30mins to be seated. Same as just walking in putting our name down. Open table almost a waste for red lobsters

We have not visited Red Lobster in years. Samantha was our server and she was so helpful. We ordered the Fish n chips and the hand breaded shrimp. Both were excellent!
Service was good, food was delicious - all in all a very good visit.
This is the first time on open table we made a reservation for a specific time and waited almost and hour over. Maybe we shouldn’t have been offered the time we were offered?
We have loved Red Lobster for many years, but the experience this time was very below par. No sense in doing Open Table, if you are going to have a 45 minute wait; even when there are many tables open. Hire some staff...
Our crab legs were not even warm much less hot.
Try the southwest shrimp tacos (3 per serving) for lunch. Wash them down with delicious raspberry lemonade (with free refills). Of course, their famous biscuits are always a treat. Can substitute broccoli for rice. Absolutely awesome lunch!
Great service! Recommend the early check in. The restaurant is always very busy.
The Walt’s shrimp and baked potato hit the spot. The gin and tonic was excellent.
Quick seating. Food was good and fast. The dragon broccoli app was great
