Red Lobster - Gurnee

Didn’t get seated right away despite reservation.

Great Wednesday so dial we each had the pick 4 clam chowder, salad, grilled shrimp rice and broccoli and were so stuffed we got our brownie dessert to go. Very nice and attentive server. We sat in back so very quiet. I only took one photo we dove right into soup and salad.

Although had priority seating, still waited an hour. The said the system was not syncing with their system. Food took another hour and was cold

For the price, lobster tail too small! Very casual (which is fine for families). Women bathroom gross! Toilets don't automatically flush, you have to push button. So many women were too lazy to push button, so I lost my appetite to enjoy my food! Ambience too dark.

The host/hostesses Had no idea how to seat people. They told us in accurate wait times, were rude, and could care less that we were waiting outside for an hour. We finally spoke with a manager and she got us seated.

Service was lacking. Took forever to get our drinks, apps came out be our drinks. Food was good. Service incredibly slow

The service was slow not sure why they had a lot of tables open and people sitting in the lobby for over 30 minutes

The food is great and Phillip was awesome

Very good, service was excellent on a busy Friday night.

Had the endless shrimp, excellent presentation, good variety of flavors.

Will diffently be back.

Never got to eat there. Even with the reservation the wait was more than an hour and a half.

The food tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer too long and tasted dried out and didn’t maintain a fresh flavor.

Went to try the limited time only fish fry. Arrived for our call ahead seating 15 minutes early. Buzzer/pager never went off, so after waiting in the entry for 50 minutes went to ask how much longer. The hostess told us they 'called' us a long time ago. Say what? Told them we were never paged. They sat us, but wouldn't let us order fish fry because they sat us after six pm. Very disappointed. I wanted to leave and go to Culver's. We stayed and ordered tho. Waiter brought wrong food item, corrected the error, but my food was not very good. Probably won't go back.

They dont do reservations so we did the priority seating. Upon arrival they told me it would be 10-15 minutes before we would be seated. On top of that there were people coming in after us that got seated before us. They weren't as busy as I was expecting at that time on a Saturday night and yet our waitress was very distant with us. We had to stop her and ask for refills and it took nearly 20 minutes for her to even take our drink order. From start to finish we were there for almost 2 hours. Very disappointed in Red Lobster. It certainly is not what it used to be.

I thought it was good, although Red Lobster is getting a bit expensive. At the price of $30-40/plate I'd rather go to a high class restaurant for the same meal.

I cannot say enough about the staff at this restaurant. My family was having a quiet Sunday dinner when my aunt became very ill before we received our entrees due to pre-existing medical conditions. The staff was amazingly good at making sure the 911 call was placed and that the EMTs had a clear path to do their work. Our server and the manager were impeccable in how they handled a trying situation.

Enjoyed a nice seafood lunch. Cheddar rolls, coleslaw. Both fresh/delicious. You choose ultimate seafood platter: Maine lobster tail,snow crab, Walt's shrimp and coconut shrimp. All delicious. Brought the shrimp and baked potato home for another meal. Delish again. Shared a key lime pie for dessert. Delish the 3rd. Service was very good also.
