Red Lobster - Johnson City

We had an Excellent waitress her name was Danielle. Wish all the waitresses were kind and had Excellent Customer Service!!!!!!!!!! I will only come there if she is working. The food was Excellent!!! I will recommend Red Lobster and Danielle to all of my friends and family. Thanks Danielle!!!!

Took 30 minutes to be seated after using open table and were told less than 15 when we checked in. Basically they missed our name and rather than apologize they said we didn’t hear them call our name. I would not suggest using early check in with open table. It seemed confuse the staff and lengthened our weight.

Great evening and excellent food

Great food. Some communication problems, but may have been related to it being the day before Thanksgiving. Would definitely go again. Staff very attentive to food allergy issues.

Never been kicked out of a restaurant before... after waiting 50 minutes just to get our drinks our waiter was very rude, hateful, and short. After snapping at us 4 or 5 times I told the waiter to “be careful how you speak to me and my family” we were then asked by management to leave because of communicating threats to our waiter... not sure how that was a threat? No mention was made to how we had been treated. Will not be back.

Great food and great service

We were visiting Family in TN. This occasion was for our nephew’s birthday. Our server was wonderful, very patient, professional and friendly.
The crab legs were tasty but soaked in water or overly steamed. They were dripping water and the shells were soggy which made it more difficult to eat. The Coconut Shrimp was good but not special. The Tilapia and Salmon with an Asian sauce and the fried Flounder dinners were very good, according to our guests. The crab soup was good but the clams had a bit of grit. Other salmon dinner was a bit dry but tasty. The brownie dessert was okay.

All in all, our dinner was good but not as good as we expected. And the bill for four was almost $200.00 including the tip and we had no alcohol. We have had better in other Red Lobster Restaurants. When visiting the area again, we will probably try another restaurant. It certainly was very popular so we would recommend it to others.
