Red Lobster - Mechanicsburg

Had the lonster lovers dream for my moms bday, was wonderful

Paging system not working. Personnel could not locate us when we did not respond creating an inordinately long wait. No compensation was offered for their system issues

Gretchen, our waitress was AMAZING

Excellent service.. HOWEVER there is a game system there. it did NOT warn my mom there would be any charges to play. she did just for fun and we got charged $1.99 for 3 games with out any notice which is so cheeky and deceiving. for that reason alone I felt I may not go back. the waitress was amazing though

Dinner didn’t come same time and forgot it some side dishes... was not that great service

Although our favorite waiter (Scott) wasn’t working, we found ourselves in very capable hands of Julia. Only disappointment was her failure to proffer a glass w/ my beer; promptly brought a chilled one (also for second round).

Open table wait list was easy to navigate. Arrived at the restaurant and was seated after a short wait time .
The food came pretty quickly after enjoying the appetizers. Very happy that Red Lobster of Mechanicsburg was my choice of venue . Everyone in my party expressed their satisfaction. Food was delicious, service great . Would recommend for sure!

Call ahead was very convenient. Barely any wait. Red Lobster never disappoints whatever is ordered.
