Red Lobster - Mount Pleasant - Green Bay Rd.

Dining out is different now, post-COVID. There were a lot fewer people in the restaurant and a smaller menu selection. It was great to be able to eat inside though and enjoy some quiet conversation. Our server was attentive, but not overly so. She came when needed and we never felt rushed or like it was taking too long. My wife had the Ultimate Feast while I had the lobster and sirloin. She loved every bite and I thought the lobster was great. Not a huge fan of the sirloin, but this is a seafood restaurant, not a steakhouse. It's clearly not their specialty. The meat was cooked as ordered (medium rare), but tough to cut into and tasted a little gamey. I needed to add salt for flavor. As stated before, my wife loved every bite, except the green beans which had a fishy taste. Those went untouched. She was full though so we didn't request an replacement vegetable which I'm sure they would have gladly provided. Would go back for sure and would be happy to have Beatrice serve us again.

Understaffed and it took over 40 minutes to get our food. They did make up for it by giving us a discount.

Long wait, service marginal, order wrong. Im really not going to complain because I didnt have much of a better expectation.

The wait staff was fantastic.The food and drink quality was average.

Had Endless Shrimp. Food was good and service was great. Karen was our server
