Red Lobster - Schaumburg

Priority seating got us a small table by the restrooms and a rude waiter. Food was good.

Our server was dynamite- a 20 year seasoned server @Red Lobster.

This is a great location, food is good, timely, good service.

Enjoyed our server very much. She made my dads birthday special and brought him a bowl of ice cream. The value of the food was great and we didn’t have a long wait. The mahi mahi was good quality- but the vegetables were very hard and I couldn’t eat them.

Solid evening! Food was perfect...came out with great timing. The whole experience was smooth. Out in for priority seating @7:00pm. Got there at 6:40PM we were seated at 7:15. Time flew by while we were sitting at the bar too.

It was ok. Prices seem a little high but it is the way it is

While the restaurant accommodations were very inviting, the food was poor. Both my wife and I ordered fresh fish entrees, and the fish that was served was very dry. It was as if the fish was cooked much earlier, then reheated. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs, and quickly tried to reconcile this issue by providing more lemon wedges. She also offered to replace our entrees, but we declined. At the conclusion of our meal, we were presented the bill, and we were never asked if we wanted dessert. We did order dessert, which the manager graciously provided free of charge.

Food was very good - great selection of seafood and surf and turf. Restaurant has good ambiance. Value for price is ok - pricing is a bit pricey for a restaurant chain even for seafood.

Food was great. Put myself on waiting list on OpenTable and was seated immediately upon arrival. Amber was great!

Red Lobster has been around for so long and eclipsed by many newer trendier restaurants that I had absolutely forgotten about it. Well, that was a mistake, because they are still delivering a high quality, high-value menu. Went with friends and the service, ambiance, food, and drink were all great. The value is there too. As a seafood lover, I am usually deciding between one of 3 seafood options (if I'm lucky) in a typical restaurant. So, to have the choice of so many amazing seafood entrees was just heaven. Our server was friendly and attentive. It's too bad we didn't have room for dessert. I guess I'll have to go back!

Additionally, the waitress and food server were exceptional.

The food service was quick and the meals were hot and fresh, excellent chef!

The manager and the entire team are best in class. It was nice to see a team that takes pride in their work and are welcoming to their customers.

This is truly one of the best Red Lobsters in the country!!!!

As usual the food was very good and would recommend going there

Crab Fest was a hit - we tried all the various types of crab and everything was outstanding. We added the brownie dessert at the end and we were surprised how good that was too!

Just so matter of fact...celebrating-birthday and had a good time

The food was good and the service seemed great until we finished our meals. My friend’s bill was just over $37.00. She had 1 $40.00 gift card and 2 more gift cards that she thought were $10.00 each. She put all 3 cards in the check folder along with $12.00 cash for the tip. My friend was hoping that the server would be able to tell her exactly what the balance was on the cards. She puts the equivalent of $72.00 in the check folder.

The server brings my check folder back with my change but not my friend’s check folder. We get back to talking and realize the she still didn’t get her receipt. My friend went to the manager and asked for her receipt. The server came to the table empty handed. She said that the cards paid the check and my friend shouldn’t worry as the bill was covered. I asked the server directly “You mean to tell me that all of her cards paid the check exactly? Nothing left over on the cards?” She assured us that the cards paid out evenly. My friend wanted to see this applied to the check. After awhile, she was presented a receipt with 3 different entries, we assumed that each amount was to represent a card balance.

My friend insisted to me that something was not right. We left the restaurant. She said that she had the receipt for the $40.00 card at home and would check the balance on line. My friend checked the balance two hours later and it showed $40.00 still on the card. She immediately called the manager and was told that two of the cards were empty so the server must have used the $40.00 card to pay the check.

My friend plans to report this incident to Red Lobster corporate. She believes the two $10.00 cards were used towards the check and someone took the $40.00 card.

The warm cheesy biscuits kept on coming and that’s all I can ask for!

Got seated quickly. Waiter was excellent. Have us suggestions for dinner which we order dinner was great.

Waiter rushed us terribly even though we told him no hurry. Brought the soup and salads at the same time and food quickly followed after. Good ok but we came for a leisure lunch and didn’t get it

The $15 Endless Shrimp on Monday’s is a great deal. We had enough for leftovers for tomorrow.

We had call ahead that did on open table on Friday for our Saturday dinner. We still had to wait 30 minutes for a 5:30 sitting

Staff was working very hard on a Lenten Friday. Everyone did a great job Aggy our waitress was awesome!

I had lunch with a friend on a Saturday. The food was excellent and the waiter was friendly and attentive. It was quiet, which was nice because we could hear each other talking!

Good food and drinks. Waitress suggested wine coupling. Great deal with Lobster fest. Always happy to use Open Table to move to the front of the line.

Booked through Open Table; however, they did not have record of us when we arrived. They found seating for us right away; however, original hostess acted as if our reservation was “suspect.” I got my phone out and showed her our verified reservation - and still made us feel as if we were somehow “up to something.” Team Leaders showed up. Put an immediate positive customer service spin on things - and we enjoyed our evening. Thanks!

Our service was outstanding!

It was great!! Frankie (our waitress) was phenomenal from the time that she walked up to our table! Food was great and the entire staff provided exceptional service! Loved it!
