Great service. Server's were friendly. Food was good. Wish the size of Lobster and shrimp were bigger...but I guess it could be a seasonal thing.

I came here with one of my girl friend’s and her infant. They gave us a large table with space to tuck in the stroller but also privacy for the child. Our server was so sweet and caring. Food was delicious like always. Red Lobster is always on the pricier side but still so good. My two “negative” comments would be: there were cobwebs on the hanging lamp above us (I don’t think they do a proper clean) and the music kept cutting off and made the room sound empty. It made our dining experience awkward at times.

Reliably enjoyable food and service. My partner and I both ate at Red Lobster restaurants growing up and the food is the same: good (though not fancy) and consistent. We will definitely return in the future.

Staff admitted that this 'priority wait-list' was meaningless. Had to wait with everyone else to be seated, no special preference given. They suggested next time we just try calling. Maybe remove this service from open table?

Was a dual birthday celebration.

Convenient spot, comfortable, good service. Food is plentiful. I had 2 kinds of shrimp and a lobster tail, plus an extra garden salad as a side. Lobster tail was dry, shrimp more tasty. Salad was satisfactory. Broccoli on the side not too good. Large variety of seafood to choose from. Value is more in the size of the portions and quantity of food than in the quality. An acceptable place for a meal if you are in the area and don't have much time.

I love dining at red lobster when I’m in the mood for shell fish. This location is my go-to spot. The lobster was amazing, which I ordered with a side of grilled scallops. So succulent. Very good. I ordered 2 sides of vegetables; asparagus and dragon broccoli. Both were an additional 2.99 each which was quite expensive as it replaced 2 sides that cane complimentary to my meal. The asparagus was a large portion but slightly under cooked. The crispy dragon broccoli was a mixture of sweet chili sauce with soya and was a little soggy. With the additional sauce and frying of the broccoli should not be 2.99. I will pass on the crispy dragon broccoli in future. It was a Saturday so it was quite busy. The one issue was the kids watch movies loud on their iPads at surrounding tables. That was a little distracting and felt like we were at an arcade. But the food was great and our waiter was friendly and attentive. Good night.

Food was better than the Thornhill location. Our server Mike was very friendly and accommodating with allergies and children. Biscuits are exactly as I remembered.

Do NOT order Alfredo. Watery with no flavour. Plus you can barely taste the crab. However our server was great. Sucks the food wasn’t up to par. Never going back there.

This was my first time going to red lobster surprisingly. I had the fish and chip special offered on the Wednesday’s. We also snagged the free app coupon from the website for signing up to the newsletter. In total the meal was like $13 which was so great. Then those biscuits were to die for. Our server Harry was wonderful and super attentive throughout the entire meal. Would definitely return.

Sasha was the best server I could’ve asked for. She was absolutely delightful and I will certainly be returning to this location for her charismatic personality and out of this world Sangria. Thanks Sasha ❤️

We have gone to red lobster for years for both our sons birthdays and most likely this will be our last time. It was very disappointing.

The menu changed but it still all good. The service was excellent and really good value for money, as always. Have been going to this location on Special occasions and casual dining for the 7 years, never disappointed.

Visiting from London, England and came across the Red Lobster by chance. As we both like seafood we booked for priority seating on here. The whole experience was excellent with exceptional service, food and value for money. Our server was so engaging and helpful. We have booked to go again later this week. Well done Red Lobster.

Great first visit to Red Lobster! My friend and I tried the Dinner For Two Thursday promo for $42! I’d say it’s more than enough for two people, we could not even finish the appetizer and dessert. Our server Sheila gave good recommendations and was very prompt to refill glasses, etc. The place got busy pretty fast so make sure you have a reservation!

The staff was very helpful and engaging but the food was very greasy and very salty.

The lunch menu did not offer a variety of seafood just shrimp or deep fried shrimp or lukewarm shrimp cocktail.

The location and the other patrons was very very depressing.

Service wasn’t the greatest this time which surprised me.

Great value. I ordered a 1-1/4lbs lobster with a side of grilled scallops. My bf ordered an array of shrimp. The place was busy but we were seated within a couple minutes of arrival. I booked our reservation via ope. Table. Although the app said it wasn’t an official reservation but a request for priority seating... we were still seated right away. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. It’s my favourite spot for seafood. Awesome night!
