Very chaotic and full on Valentine's Day. The staff handled it as best they could, but they should have started telling people to wait outside or in their cars. The huge crowd by the door felt like it was a safety hazard. Our server was very kind and on top of things, but the kitchen was backed up and did not seem prepared for the huge Valentine's Day crowd. Food was great though. My lobster tails were perfectly cooked, but the fries were a little limp.

We have eaten here many times usually the food is good. The lobster tail in my daughter's meal wasn't edible looked uncooked. My crab legs were overcooked and the sauce was supposed to be garlic/butter and there wasn't any garlic chunks or anything.

Food was exactly as ordered and hot.. service was exceptional when checking on us. Manager was outstanding coming to everything was to our liking. Pricing will sell sell some things that used to be $32 worth $46 so I do understand with everything going on price is will increase.. and you’ve been honored my military discount as a retired veteran

Fabulous. Had a reservation on Mother’s Day. Place was packed with people that didn’t have reservations. We got taken right at our reservation time. No delays. Big portions. Great service.

I don’t think I’ll will be making reservations. We had a reservation for 830 didn’t get checked in and seated until 9 pm. Complete lack of organization and risk lack of understand how to manage a heavy crowd.
