Our waitress was the very best! She was delightful.
The hostess that treated us was not so good. Upon arrival she told us we would have a 45 min wait.
Now I know that they don’t take reservations but they do take priority seating. Don’t really understand the difference. And my husband has dementia and a 45 min wait is out of question due to his anxiety level in crowded area. Which brings me to the point that social distancing was not being done nor we reminders to the waiting patrons that masks were required.
For the above reasons we won’t head back to red lobster any time soon.
Only bright point was our waitress.
Very good service Food tasty Biscuits outstanding Lobster on "whimpy side" Doesn't look like TV ads...
Lobster promotion is a good value.
Manager of the restaurant made the rounds to all the tables to be sure all customers we pleased.
That was a very pleasant addition to a very nice meal.
Way to go Red Lobster!!
Great service and great food!
Crab legs were difficult to open.
Tools for the crab legs inadequate.
Over all though it was very enjoyable.
