Overall good tasting food. Would go again.

I ate at the bar, so overall experience was less than it might have been but this is a wonderful restaurant. I will definitely be back.

Vicky was provided best service. And food was really amazing.

Celebrated our anniversary visiting from Sacramento. They took care of us and made a special treat to celebrate our day. It’s all about the presentation. The Golden Lotus cocktail drink is an experience on its own. Food were amazing. We ordered small plates like the soft shell crab, lobster siomai, Singaporean style noodle, fried tofu and corn soup.

One of our favorite spots in Vegas. Fantastic food & service. It's pricey, but worth it for a top shelf dining experience. We will go back at least once on every trip. If you like gourmet Cantonese, then this is a can't miss restaurant.

This was our first visit to Red Plate. The room is gorgeous and quiet, which is a nice change from many of the boisterous restaurants at the Cosmopolitan. The server was very helpful is advising us how much to order. The King crab spring roll was delicious. We were fortunate that they had full and half Peking ducks available the evening we visited. We ordered half and it was absolutely superb! Service was friendly and very efficient - perhaps a little too efficient because we felt a bit rushed. The wine list is good but our first two choices were sold out. The manager was apologetic but it is time to update the list.

Very good authentic Chinese upper scale restaurant.

Highly recommend. Our family is Chinese-American and we had a wonderful visit. The Chinese half thought the food was authentic and the American half thought it was the best roast duck they’ve ever had.

Outstanding - call ahead for the Peking duck if you can!

This place is a little hidden gem at Cosmo. The staff is great, the food and drinks are outstanding, and the atmosphere is wonderful. We've been 4 different times and each visit has been perfect. A special shout out to Vicky who is incredibly friendly and hilarious and went above and beyond to make a recent birthday dinner at Red Plate unforgettable!

Food was good but not amazing. Very expensive not worth the prices.

I’ve been here 5 times and I always love coming back. The braised tofu with bamboo fungus is amazing. Vicky has always been there to guide me through the menu to create the best dinners.

Great ambiance and food with creative presentations. Nice variety in menu and not too loud, good for conversation. The service on the other hand- almost insulting at times. The men walking around with headsets, managers? They were laughably inattentive and when I did get one to stop- he said he had to go and get someone else to help me ... he didn’t even let me speak, I just needed another menu.
One entree was forgotten with no apology and delivered after we were almost completely finished. When I asked about it (as it was for one of our guests) I was given a bit of an attitude by the girl waitress, who no one was impressed with either. Too bad, it has a lot of potential, but we won’t be back.

An amazing place with exquisite service

Red Plate is the best Chinese restaurant in Vegas or maybe even the world. The food is incredible!
The fried rice with dried scallops is to die for, the brisket soup is so tender and so delicious it can't be described, the appetizers, the custom drinks, the deserts, oh the deserts like your mouth hit a jackpot.
Red Plate is the best restaurant I have ever been to. Red Plate has light seasonings just enough to compliment the food, such a balance of seasoning and natural flavors, a true art.
If you're in Vegas you have to go to Red Plate. A special compliment to Jen the manager she's great and great at making you feel welcome and is a stickler for perfection as you can see it in the staff. All the staff is outstanding too!

Overwhelmingly excellent service. The food and drink were authentic and exquisite. The atmosphere and staff’s attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Outstanding. Possibly the best Chinese I have ever had

This is a must visit if you love authentic chinese food. No they will not have orange chicken, so if that's what you want, look elsewhere. The food they do have is simply to die for. I love the soft shell crab and their duck two ways. You can't go wrong with almost anything you order here! Their cocktails are odd...but strangely delicious. I had a Yuzu cocktail that you mix with hot tea (like I said, odd) it was surprisingly good. I will warn you though, this place is pricey, and family style--not a good idea for the solo diner. If you come here with a family, check out their pre order items. But I recommend unless you want to spend a pretty penny, stick to the main or seasonal menu. For the two of us my boyfriend and I do an appetizer, main, and one side. For a family of 4, I would recommend 1 appetizer, 2 mains, and 1 side. The main dishes are quite large.

This was our second time dinning at Red Plate. Red Plate is upscale Chinese Cuisine. The service and food is outstanding but expensive but for us, worth it. Red Plate features some very interesting dishes and cocktails. Nothing here is ordinary. We would return to Red Plate when visiting the Cosmo of Las Vegas on our next trip.

Excellent food and even better service. Ryan was our waiter and he is superb. Friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive.

The service and cocktails were our favorite thing about this restaurant. Ryan our server was so on top of it, making recommendations, explaining things, and being so friendly! The goddess cocktail which is one of their signature cocktails was very unique and delicious. Admittedly, we are not very adventurous when it comes to Chinese food and this menu was a little bit out of our comfort zone but it was an interesting and enjoyable experience all in all. Our favorite thing we ate was the crab spring roll appetizer.

We tried a new restaurant during Restaurant Week, and we experienced great food and service. We will go back.

I have travelled and gone out everywhere and never had such an experience. Upscale but the staff is fabulous and the decor and food are amazing
