Reggina's Italian, Botley

We visited Regginas on Christmas Eve and had a lovely evening. We not only felt safe with the well organised layout, the service, food and atmosphere was exceptional. We can honestly say that whenever we visit Regginas we enjoy it immensely. Thank you.

Nice food and good service. Shame that we weren’t able to mix from Christmas menu and al a carte.

The food and service was very good as always. A good choice on the menu and the Christmas menu was very nice. We were not rushed in any way. Maybe a little festive decor would have been nice but will return again.

All of our food was perfect, presented beautifully and arrived in a timely manner.

However, No scanning when I arrived or sanitising. I slipped on the shiny floor due to wet boots.

I went upstairs to the ladies. The lights were out and there was a ledge up and down into the ladies. I tentatively stepped over, slipped on floor again and switched all the lights on.

More attention is needed in this current climate.

Food was very salty and the starter menu was a bit basic. Got charged for service which was disappointing as service wasn’t that great. Everything felt very rushed and quite abrupt. I won’t be going back.

Friendly, very COVID friendly scan with phone on entry, mask on to move around restaurant, excellent with the children, just a tad pricey, but will return.

Been plenty of times before but took our three children this time and staff and owner were fantastic and all children want to go back

Absolutely gorgeous lunch on Saturday. The staff were amazing and the food was faultless.
The poor staff had probably the worst customer I’ve ever come across in a restaurant to accommodate for and they were brilliant. First class service! Have the seabass if you go! You won’t regret it

The food was fantastic and what a welcome relief to go out after lockdown and find that the restaurant was busy (Covid friendly) with a great atmosphere .
It will be nice to see smiling faces again once we are allowed to take the masks off . The staff having to wear them

We live this wonderful restaurant in Botley. Such friendly service. Food is always amazing. Great choices too.

Food was delicious. Our waiter was very attentive and personable.
We were left waiting at the door with no one around to seat us.
The greeter didn’t speak to us and pumped hand gel in our hands. She wordlessly led us upstairs to our seats. No friendliness at all. Our waiter and the good food more than made up for this.

Went on the last night before the impending lockdown.. big mistake. There were far too many people crammed in which certainly impacted on the service we received. Felt very rushed to order food and was made to feel like we were a real inconvenience! Sadly the food was also really poor, over cooked, and really overpriced.
Won’t be returning in a hurry :(
